Near everything ! the entire apartament for yourself ! with kicthen, that's great... more than enough towels, and so very clean ! confy bed ! and they have parking space in the building ! it's a must in Split ! the best place to stay !

Excellent location! Exactly in the city centre - just a very short walk from the Riva area. Supermarket exactly opposite the apartment and free parking in the garage underneath. The host is lovely and always quick to answer any messages we sent. The apartment is very clean, spacious and equipped with everything.

Nothing. Excellent location 15 min easy walk to harbour or old town. Spotless clean and very well equipped for all our needs. Air conditioners in living area and both bedrooms. Windows are double glazed so very quiet of a night even with cafe's and bars all around. Would recommend to anyone looking for a unit with plenty of space and close to everything. Thsnks Ann.

“Nice apartment for 4 people. Cable TV and WiFi were great. Quick walk to Riva”

Anna, the host, met us outside and escorted us to the apartment and gave us a bottle of wine and some sweets. Location was great, Uber was able to drop us right at the door. Elevator was a bonus.

The apartment is in perfect location, close to everything. Great to have a lift to the 3rd floor! Ana was very easy to communicate with, very helpful and quick to answer any questions. In the morning you could hear a bit of noise but it didn't bother us at all, the location compensated for everything. Very close to Riva, old town, shopping area, the market, the beach only 5mins by Uber, 5€, with lots of cafes, restaurants bakery shops, small supermarkets. I would love to return to this apartment and would definitely recommend it to my friends!😀

“LOUD / PARTY area (Unable to sleep, flat not soundproofed 'enough') AVOID AT ALL COST”

-Convenient location to visit during the day, but a real nightmare at night. Would not recommend if you intend to sleep, but it's perfect if you want to party. I'd recommend going near Marjan park and travel using the bus 12. Super easy and what a pleasant area! -Warm welcome from Anna (the property manager) who was very flexible with check-in. (Regarding the following negative points, please note that I'm being very fair given the owner's lack of service. Feel free to check the kind of comments I leave elsewhere to have an idea.)

It was so big, right in the centre, a bath for our daughter and a cot, it was fantastic. The man we were dealing with was extremely helpful and couldn’t have been nicer.

“Perfect choice in Split”

It's a wonderful, bright and spotlessly clean apartment right in the old town of Split. Dozens of restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarket, etc. are just downstairs. Even the railway station is within walking distance. The host is very nice, attentive and helpful with any requests. We've also received recommendations with map, for sights, restaurants, bars, museums, etc. It's the perfect choice, it could not be any better ;)

The apartment was just an excellent place to stay in Split! The host was active in sending information and helping with parking. She was personaly meeting us at arrival and introduced the apartment. There was an elevator so it was easy to go to the apartment even with big luggage. The location of the apartment was perfect. There were nice restaurants and a small supermarket just nearby. The apartment was huge with a big living room with a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a toilet. The apartment was fully equipped and exceptionally clean. There was nothing missing. 10+

Fantasic location!! Appartment was perfectly situated in a quiet street just off the vibrant and bustling town and marina of Split. The Appartment was extremely spacious and comfortable. Our host Ivana was great & very welcoming and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed during our stay.. even arriving to the door within 15 minutes after I stupidly locked myself out of the Appartment 🙈 Also as a wheelchair user I found the appartment very accesible.
