I had an absolutely fantastic stay. Everyone from management to housekeeping was incredible. The housekeeper looking after my room was especially wonderful and took such great care of me. The hotel itself is amazing, and all the facilities are top‑notch. 😁

Staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly and if you ordered a drink one evening they remembered everything you had ordered the following day. The breakfast was the best we have had anywhere , food and variety outstanding and sitting on the terrace to eat overlooking the water was breathtaking. The hotel is really beautiful and the location right by the water is stunning.

The room was excellent- new clean and comfortable. The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful and make the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also perfect, convenient to access the town center. Overall, everything exceeds my expectation.

Breakfast was great, location as well, staff were very helpful, we needed a Dr for one of my children who had a sinus infection, they came pretty quickly and even followed up, wish we stayed longer. Restaurant was fantastic as well

“Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location”

The hotel was beautiful and in a great central location. It was a clean and very comfortable stay at the Hotel Ambasador and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The staff were excellent and the breakfast selection was incredible. The rooftop pool and bar was to die for; we spent most of our afternoons sunbathing and drinking tasty cocktails. It was situated a five minute walk from the Riva Promenade, was within a very short walking distance from the harbour, and was right by local shops and the Old Town. The hotel, service, and location were perfect. Definitely the best hotel in Split in my opinion.

Had a great stay at the hotel - room was comfy and spotless! 😊 Location was a bonus, everything was within walking distance. Used the restaurant for dinner both nights and food was really good and wine selection was great. Breakfast was outstanding. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
