“The most fabulous hen do!”

The property itself is spacious, clean and has brilliant facilities. The pool is refreshing along with places to sit including sun loungers. The host provided towels including pool towels. There were plentiful utensils and glasses if you fancied cooking at home. The host himself I cannot fault, he was prompt with replies and answered any questions including providing recommendations for locals shops, travel around Split and places to eat/visit. The property is situated slightly out of split but Uber was mostly reliable and was only a short taxi ride into split. We took a run behind the property and left down to a beach promenade where there is a place to eat, drink and a beach club (Mistral) that we went to for one day and would highly recommend and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

“Lovely place”

We had a great stay here, the host was very quick to respond to any messages. We went as 2 families and the girls loved the pool. We had a lovely welcome gifts of biscuits and sweets. The apartment is absolutely lovely, it is an Uber drive from the old town but lovely walking distance to 2 of the beaches and the new promenade that is being built.

Spacious and well equipped for a family of 6 . Lovely pool used every day and cleaned by the owner early every morning .

We had an amazing stay in this home! It was really spacious and a lovely pool. The location is perfect for some privacy but close to the city and the beach. The host was super easy going and the communication was perfect. He was kind and helped us around. We really enjoyed our stay in Split!

The host Steve was there when we arrived, made sure we were happy and asked if we needed anything else. He also gave us good suggestions of places to visit. He also checked in the middle of our stay checking if we needed anything. The host was excellent.

This well-presented property is about a 20-minute drive to the old town of Split. A hire car is highly recommended as taxis and Ubers can be expensive. It’s spacious enough for six adults with two bedrooms, each with air conditioning. The last bedroom has the main bathroom and a fan rather than ac. It’s equipped with all the modern cooking conveniences, although there’s no microwave as advertised, which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for some. Our host was excellent and responds promptly, providing helpful advice on local attractions, restaurants, and things to know about the surrounding area.

There were 3 bathrooms, spacious and reasonably sized pool. Stripe responded quickly to any issues.

It was amazing! Very nice house and the owner was so sweet. He gave a lot of good recommendations and we could ask all our questions. I would definitely recommend for a stay in split with 6 people. Also location is fine, couple of minutes ride to supermarket, clubs and the beach.

We were a group of five and having three bedrooms and three bathrooms worked really well for us..The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for us to do some cooking. We enjoyed being able to eat outside and having a swim after returning to the house from being out for the day. Stipe was easy to communicate with and helpful.

The villa was very spacious, with everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. Host was great he responded to a couple of questions we had very promptly. Even gave us a few recommendations for restaurants

Well equipped, very comfortable and a very friendly helpful host who made lots of recommendations for the area. Snacks and drinks were left for us on arrival and the the sea view was amazing. Easy to get an uber into town which was relatively cheap when shared between 6 of us. Would definitely recommend this villa.

The location was very nice, overlooking the sea. The host arranged for a welcome platter with local hams and cheese and homemade wine. The BBQ facility is top notch. With charcoals provided. Some other plusses: good coffee maker, quiet neighborhood, strong water pressure, good wifi, clean.
