From beginning to end, we were treated as if we were the only guests. The team couldn't be more helpful and really made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. The only downside was my Wife was allergic to the material of the bedding and even though the staff tried there best to resolve this, it still unfortunately didn't remedy the issue. Perhaps looking into proper hypoallergenic material. The recommendations were fantastic and it is somewhere we would highly recommend.

“A home away from home”
The location was fabulous, being in Diocletian’s palace walls & this lovely historic part of the old town. The staff were all so friendly & helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was delicious and lovely to have a choice of different eggs and pancakes cooked to order each morning alongside the continental selection. The room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing with comfortable beds & a nice selection of toiletries. Loved the selection of teas, coffees, juices, liqueurs & food which were available to help yourself to in reception each day. Booked this hotel after seeing all of the previous positive reviews and it certainly lived up to its reputation. My 10 year old and I were made to feel very welcome and at home.

I cannot fault this property, everything about it is exceptional. The room was fantastic and well appointed, the location was excellent and the staff were attentive, knowledgeable and made some excellent recommendations. Communication was excellent both before my arrival and also during my stay.

Was a very warm welcome. We were met at the parking area and the host carried our luggage to the hotel which was a short walk away. The hotel was located right in the heart of the palace walls. The host was very helpful in telling us what to see and do. Breakfast was great lots of choice and made to order. Had a very homely welcoming feel.

“Perfect Split Hotel in the Palace”
In the middle of Diocletian"s Palace. Looking out my window I could see the bell-tower and the main areas of the palace. Beautiful decor and furnishings. Very helpful staff. Amazing breakfasts with homemade pastries (my favorite were the plum muffins) every morning and eggs and meats. Absolutely central to everything.

The hotel managers met us at the car park location to bring us to the hotel. They also helped with our heavy luggages. We also got awesome recommendations on what to do, where to visit and directions to a scenic route to Marjan Stairs. Love the powerful showers too

“A hotel not to be missed!”
Great view of the main square from our room, and you could sit there later in the evening, listening to the people below and the live music and dancing. The staff were all lovely and made you feel really welcome, and there were lots of nice touches throughout. I would happily recommend the hotel to all.
