Ana and her team were amazing! our flight was delayed and still she was there to meet us, with a smile suggestion for a late dinner and anything we needed. She made our stay even more special than the actual space which was amazing

We loved the cleanliness and modernness of the apartment. Size of the bedroom, size of bathroom and the super king bed which was extremely comfortable. The L’occitane products were a lovely addition. The apartment was very quiet so we slept very well. A short ten minute walk into the walled city of Split.

I gave it a high rating because everything was at a high level. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Old Town, attractions, promenade, restaurants and market. The manager met me, explained everything and was really in touch 24 hours. I liked the room, it had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, useful little things, cleaning every day, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I had wonderful impressions. Everything about this property was amazing. From the location, to the value for the money… incredible! Ana was so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed, and we truly wished we had found this place sooner!! If we ever come back, we will absolutely be looking for this place to stay at again!!

“One of the best small hotel experiences!”

Excellent hosts. Ana is very helpful and took care of every detail. Lots of advice, and she even offered to ship back some stuff we forgot at her cost. Great location - short walk from the palace and promenade- very convenient if you are visiting Split for Leisure. Easy access to the palace, and restaurants and bars as well as shops. The rooms themselves are very nice - tastefully done up and have all amenities. Parking is also available onsite which is very covenient.

The location is excellent, a little outside of old town but only 5min walk to all sightseeing sites. The room is very clean, bed is comfortable, and the inner decor is elegant. The host is extremely friendly and helpful.

Ana was more than hospitable and generous to us. She would go beyond herself to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Her feel for luxury and amenities is beyond match. The accommodation provides all the tiny little things you might have forgotten at home, but can't go without. Although situated in the centre of town, the place is incredibly quiet and it is a nice 10 min walk from the centre.

Beautiful room, felt luxurious and very thoughtfully designed. Suzanna was an amazing host, went above and beyond and gave lot of interesting information about Zagreb. Location is great as well.

Luxury rooms indeed in a more quiet part of Split, just 5 minutes to the old town. The host is incredible friendly and really gives you a warm welcome. The rooms are great size, in total 3 rooms on one floor with a small reception area in the middle, the rooms are positioned around the reception. Secure building with codes. Two out of 3 rooms have a balcony. Paid parking at the building available. Free street parking as well. High quality materials have been used like towels, bedlinens and so on. The rooms have a fridge, coffee/tea and amazing marble bathrooms. Very quiet area. Shutters and black out curtains guarantee a good sleep. Breakfast is not served, but they have a deal with a hotel in the old town with discount over there.

We could not wish for anything more. The room we rented was very clean, stylish and spacious. Really nice and it provides absolute quality and value for your money! Breakfast is at a remote location, for which you have a choice of two options. Both are within walking distance and serve a great choice of high quality food.
