Very modern, newly decorated apartment. Located near exit of ring road access but it has very good noise isolation, there is a convenience store below. The shopping mall is nearby! For guests traveling by car, the host offers a free parking spot in the same building.

“Quite a lot small things could be very annoying. But over all not bad option to stay.”
Indoor parking. New house. Free shuttle bus to city center next to apartment. 5th floor. Entrance on arrival with a code and key collection. Comfort beds. Some complimentary beer, water and snacks left in apartment on arrival. Host sorted some issues with kettle next day.

“Great place to stay when in Split :-)”
The host is very nice, polite and she has welcomed us. The apartment has its own, closed garage and it is very convenient for anyone coming by car. The apartment is very clean, equipped with everything, including hygiene products. The shopping centre Mall of Split is only a couple of minutes walking distance from the apartment. I'd definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone coming to Split.

The apartment is actually nicer than the pictures! The check in was easy and quick. It has private parking and is in a very handy location for those driving around Split. It has a big shopping centre less than 5 min drive.

I loved the location of the property, it was amazing. 5 mins walk to mall of split, around 10 minutes from the centre. I would recommend to everyone. Rooms were as shown really clean and spacious. The host was really amazing aswell she was always there if we asked questions and accommodating. 5 stars from me and my family.

“Giod value for the money”
New building, quite well equiped for most needs, size was ok for a family if 2+1. there was a bakery close, a small grocery shop and at 5 min you have the mall where there is a bigger grocery shop.

“Amazing host and apartment”
Owner was very helpful, answered all my queries straight away and was even willing to come help us when we couldn't work the washing machine. There were essentials like toiletries, some food etc and due to our flight timings she even let us check out slightly later! Very clean and safe. Mall and supermarket down the road.

“LOOK NO MORE AND BOOK THIS PLACE!”
look no more, this is your place to be! i stayed in more than 100 apartments in croatia and montenegro so far and i have not seen a set up like this for this price. Clean, comfortable, location with garage ideal as everything is a 10 min drive with a car or you can use direct fast bus line that goes to the center without stopping.
