Such a cute apartment. So clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Martina is an absolute gem, she was at the property on arrival to show us around and give us some local tips on restaurants etc. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

“Great cosy coastal apartment for family vacation 5 min from the beach”
Amazing host Martina welcommed us to her warm, very charming and well equiped apartment. All comunication was friendly and fast responsive. Location is fantastic! in a quiet neighbourhood, few minutes to shops, cafes , beach, tennis center and restaurants, and only 15 min walk to Riva and city center. The apartment has private parking spot, we were there in winter with kids and Martina provided enough heating and blankets for our cosy winter stay. I was surprised even bathroom has heating (that is rarely the case at sea side). the beds and pillows are very comfortable, kitchen has all that is necessary and dishwasher is real benefit! I recomend it and we will be back when the weather will be warmer.

I loved everything about this property. The host Martina was lovely, she met me at the house and took me through the house to explain everything. She also showed me all the local attractions and supermarkets on the map. The property is located only a 5 minute walk to the popular beaches, is family friendly and extremely comfortable, in fact it is exquisite! The decor has a beautiful beach theme throughout. The bathroom is large and the hot water and pressure is perfect. The icing on the cake is the private on site parking which is secured.

The house was very cosy, comfortable, clean and very cute. Easy to walk to the center and the beaches from the house. Martina was amazing with us, told us some interesting points from the city, what we should visit, where we should eat… She is an amazing host!!

The apartment is very cosy, nice and clean. It feels like you are at home. The location is really good, close to the beach and walking distance from old town. The host Martina is so lovely, she made our stay even better, by making us feel very welcome and giving us all the tips of the city. I would definitely go back again.

A beautiful apartment in a good location. The space is kept immaculately clean and contains lots of facilities such as fridge/ tea & coffee/ washing machine/ etc. Our host was responsive and very helpful, giving us an overview of the area and lots of tips and recommendations. Aircon, WiFi and parking all available. Would highly recommend.

“Beautiful accommodation in a perfect location, what more could you ask for!”
Location was very close to both the city center and many beaches! It was clean and with all amenities. Martina was very friendly and helpful too. She showed us how to use all the appliances and gave us a run down of the city by map.

Great location, a short walk to both the beach (5 mins) and central Split (10-15 mins). Martina met us at the apartment and was super friendly and helpful, showing us lots of places she'd recommend as we were only there for 1 night. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable with (i would imagine) everything you'd need for a longer stay. There's a couple of bakeries within a short walk for those morning pastries. We loved walking down to the beach for a swim in the morning, then grabbing a coffee and something sweet to eat on the patio when we got back. Would highly recommend Martina and her comfortable cosy apartment.
