“Little slice of tranquility in the centre of Split”

Beautiful, comfortable and amazingly well equipped apartment in the centre of Split. The garden is stunning and we had a lovely stay.

This 2 bedroom apartment was neat, tidy and meticulously clean. It has everything you need, including a second toilet. Located just a street away from the old town it is quiet & has a local feel. A very easy walk to all sites. Lovely outdoor area to relax in. There is a parking lot just around the block, you may need to circle it a couple of times to get a spot, you can leave your car there overnight if you need. Ivan was the perfect host, making sure we had everything we needed for a good stay.

Ivan is a brilliant host. He provided us with lots of information to make our stay very enjoyable. He helped us with parking (which otherwise would have been very difficult) and gave us excellent advice on places to visit. The apartment is very clean, convenient and comfortable!

“A peaceful, spacious gem in the heart of the city”

The garden. The proximity to amenities. The AC. The space in the apartment. The outside, private garden was a lovely way to start and finish our day with plenty of space for eating and card games for our family of 4 and occassional visitors (6). The AC was a much needed respite with the hotter than usual temps for August/September (38deg). The location is central to the old town with a 5min walk to the palace, ice-cream and shops. The apartment was well provisioned and Ivan an excellent host, answering questions during our stay and anticipating in advance most topics. We really appreciated the gift of great coffee and excellent wine! Highly recommend!

Perfect appartement for a family, well furnished and full of accommodation. A pleasant welcome and a lots of small attentions such as orange juice, coffee or still water in the fridge. This place is amazing. We really loved it!
