Great location, a moments walk to the Gold Gate entrance to the Palace. Apartment was lovely and clean and comfortable. Luka was the perfect host, when we arrived at the airport he kept in touch by WhatsApp until we met him at the apartment with umbrellas, 'a very wet arrival' but a huge smile to welcome us 😀

The location could not have been bettered. The host and his mother were lovely. The accommodation itself is absolutely lovely. Air conditioning worked perfectly and nice, big, comfortable bed.

“A stunning property in central Split that you're sure to love and not want to leave!”
This property far exceeded our expectations! It was a clean beautiful comfy property with everything you need for your stay catered for. The location was fantastic, so central to walk and access everything you wish to do during your stay. Excellent host, so helpful and friendly - very welcoming and in contact throughout to ensure we had all we needed prior, during and after the visit! We can't wait to visit again and thoroughly recommend to anyone.

“Lovely apartment in a great location”
A very nice studio apartment in a fantastic location right alongside the walls of the old town/palace. Immaculate inside and very quiet, highly recommend this property, but probably not suitable for all as there are a few stair to navigate.

The apartment is beautifully appointed with every new and in working order. Everything you need to make it feel like home. It’s location on the corner of the palace walls makes for a great stay and easy access to shops restaurants and the beach. Our host greeted us with warmth and provided us with local knowledge of beaches and laundry services throughout our stay.

“Absolutely would reccomend Luka and these apartments.”
Beautiful, clean and modern. Plenty of room and both the bed and the pull out couch were large. Plenty of space in the bathroom and a large shower. Kitchen space was perfect for what we needed as well. As great as the property was, Luka, the host, was even better. He met us outside and helped us find a parking spot to unpack. Helped carry out luggage to the apartment and even gave us an introduction to the palace so we could make the most of our stay. Super friendly. Super helpful.
