Located only 500 metres from the UNESCO-protected Diocletian's Palace in Split, Central Old Town Rooms provides air-conditioned accommodation. Free WiFi access is available. Very central location, taxi, flixbus and ferry station are very close by, Although google maps show 17 min walk the walk really is just 10 to 15 mins and its very centrally located, the owner lady was nice she also provided two bottles of water and umbrellas when we requested :)

“Perfect”
We love staying here - in fact we stay here year after year because it's perfect. Delightful hosts, perfect location, easy for us) to get to, comfy beds, a few nice apartment amenities which means we self-cater breakfast and eat on the patio every morning because groceries are so close. This is a ritual we look forward to every year.

Close to the centre, great location! Hosts could not have been more helpful, allowing us to use storage on our last day and charge devices long after we checked out. Even made us a lovely cup of tea when my partner wasn't very well. Absolutely went above and beyond

The location is super central and the rooms are very clean! The lady who welcomed us was very attentive and gave us a lot of information about the city. The bed was quite comfy and the room comes with AC and a mini fridge.

“Great location for couples getaway”
Nevenka was a fantastic host. She waited at the apartment for us to check in with her despite our delayed flight. She took the time to show us local attractions and provide local transport information etc. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and in a perfect location 5 minutes walk away from Split town/centre. Overall good value for money and would recommend.

“Really peaceful, beautiful and lovely.”
Nevenka made our stay here so good. She is an exceptional host with a very detailed approach to providing an excellent experience for her guests. The accommodation was perfect for our needs, and we had everything we can ask for regarding clean sheets/towels ect. Amenities were on point and overall the location is just beautiful next to a lovely church and 5 min walk to the water front.

“A little place of heaven”
Nevenka and her daughter Anamarija were the best hosts we have ever come across. So accommodating especially when we booked out. We enjoyed everything, it was the most cute place ever and so safe and ideal for getting into the Town.. We would definitely recommend this lovely accommodation to family and friends. It is so peaceful with a pretty shared courtyard. Wish we could have stayed longer We definitely will come back but when it is cooler.

Everything was great! Apartment was in the perfect location, just at the edge of old town. Only a 5 minute walk to the docs & into the heart of old town. Staff where extremely friendly & gave great tips on beach’s / restaurants & sites to see around split

“Perfect Location & Amazing Host”
We had a wonderful stay, the location was perfect for walking around the old town and Riva. The room was a lovely size and well taken care of. Our host Nevenka was so incredibly lovely and helpful. She took the time to show us the room and helped guide us through on the map some things to do in the town along with areas to eat. She was so wonderful she made our stay in Split so pleasant.
