This was honestly one of the nicest apartments on booking we’ve ever stayed in! It’s spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed. The location is perfect, everything is close by, and parking was easy. It felt both luxurious and comfortable at the same time. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—10/10!

The apartment is new and clean, with a very comfortable bed and it has everything you need for your staying. The location is great, it’s really close to the city center, but the building is on a calm street. And parking is a must in Split if you travel by car. The check-in and communication with hosts was fast and clear.

Excellent location, very close to the promenada & harbor, yet very quiet and spacious. Well equipped for breakfast and light meals.

The apartment is located in the very heart of the city, and its private parking is definitely a plus. Moreover, the two bathrooms are comfortable and useful, especially for a family. The hosts were kind, available and offered precise indications.

There is everything you need. Check-in and check-out super easy. You will receive a code for the garage, the building and your apartment prior to arrival. Tonci is pretty helpful and nice. Thank you for your assistance when needed. The parking lot is manageable but for drivers like me kind of demanding haha. The equipment of the apartment is awesome. Cannot think of anything we missed.

I really enjoyed my stay here – the place was spotlessly clean, tidy, and very easy to find. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk from the old town centre, close to bars, shops, and the waterfront. The apartment itself was bright, spacious, and nicely appointed, with a perfect kitchen, a great shower, and absolutely nothing to complain about.

Absolutely everything! The host and his superb communication and information, the brilliant location so close to the old town, the super clean, modern apartment which had everything you could possibly want and safe parking. The keyless entry and exit to the garage parking and the apartment were very convenient too. Having plenty of all the little things for day to day living was perfect. We have stayed in many private rentals in the UK and Europe and without question this property has been the best!

“Great stay”

Where to begin, well, everything was perfect! Location-perfect, just few minutes to the Riva and very big plus is garage, you don’t have to worry about parking your car, especially because you are in the city center. Apartment is cozy, even though apartment is studio, it has everything you need and even more, kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is spacious. Overall, place was very clean, owner was very nice, and answered all of our questions politely. :) Looking forward to come back.

“Perfect place to stay in Split”

Beautiful and well appointed apartment with a very usable kitchen, clean and spacious bathroom with washer, and great location just a few stairs up from the Riva and old town Split. Quiet at night and very comfortable and spotless.

Mia's apartment was exactly what we were looking for during our 5 night stay. The apartment is large, clean and has a great kitchen. The building is very secure with underground parking. The location is within a few minutes walk to the old town. There is a small but convenient supermarket just down the road. Most importantly Mia was very easy and quick to communicate with. We highly recommend this apartment and if we come back to Split we will be sure to check if it is availiable.

The apartment is located very close to the main pedestrian street. Very close location to the city center and the port of Split favors the possibility of traveling to the Croatian islands. The apartment has everything we needed. Thank you very much for the washing liquid for the baby and the baby cot. It was very nice. The kitchen is equipped very well. There is everything that may be necessary for cooking, frying, blanching, etc. A dozen or so meters to the supermarket makes it easier to do the most necessary shopping. A very good option is the underground car park. We highly recommend this apartment to people who want to explore Split.

Very good location, right to the pedestrian walking area and to the Split Harbor. Apartament modern and very well equiped. I would recomand it gladly. Garage parking was fantastic as well, considering the dificulty of finding parking in this croudy area.

The location was great, just walking distance to the Old Town and port. The washing machine was very useful to have and the air conditioning made the apartment lovely and cool.
