We stayed at this apartment for a week and were more than satisfied with our experience. The apartment is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Its location on Žnjan Beach is excellent, with the newly renovated promenade, plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, and a beautiful beach just steps away. Special thanks go to Ivana, the host, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel very welcome. If our travels bring us back to Split in the future, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

there was no breakfast included in the stay ...as we wanted to eat at different places ...apartment location was superb just overlooking the beach ; the bldg was quite good and secure ..supermarket just below the apartment was added advantage ! Ivana ( the host ) was very co-operative and informative !! highly recommended for everybody ..

“Beautiful view, clean apartment”
Location right by the new beach with sea view and lots of food options nearby. Apartment was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed including dishwasher which we love :) it was nice to have a washing machine for a longer stay.

“Wonderful!”
The property was beautifully decorated and had some wonderful views of the sea. I will miss watching the sunrise and the sunset each day on the balcony! There as a nearby shop which was so handy to get some basic supplies in. The apartment was spacious and clean, a place I would highly recommend to anyone else travelling to split. I couldn’t have asked for anything more from the apartment itself

A very beautiful apartment—much more than we expected. And the coffee machine in the kitchen made every morning the best ever. The host was super friendly and gave us lots of advice on places to visit. The apartment is very close to the beach; it was lovely to walk there every morning and enjoy the sunrise. The supermarket is 3 minutes away—everything you need is nearby. The Old Town isn’t very close, but Bolt is always available. So I give 15 points from 10 and really mean it 🌸

Beautiful! I had the best time ever! I loved having a beer on the balcony in the evening and of course the amazing sea views. And the host Ivana is the best, she’s so helpful, and does everything to insure you have the perfect stay.

Our family of five had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment. It was even more spacious than the photos suggested, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The design is modern and the entire place was impeccably clean, with everything feeling brand new. We were thrilled with the fantastic feature of the parabolic satellite, which allowed us to watch all our international football games at night, a fantastic and unexpected bonus! The kitchen was well-equipped for our meals, and having two bathrooms was a lifesaver. We spent many mornings and evenings on the large balcony, enjoying the lovely view. It truly has all the amenities you could need for a perfect and comfortable vacation. We highly recommend it and hope to return! Thank you, Ivana, our top host!

The apartment was super comfy and had everything we needed. It’s right by the sea, with a long new promenade and a beach that goes on forever. There are cafés, restaurants, and a play area for kids just outside, which was really convenient. We didn’t use the car much, the bus stop (number 15) is just outside and takes you straight into the city for a couple of euros. There’s also a little store just around the corner, which came in handy. The apartment itself was very clean and well taken care of. The view of the sea from the window was a nice touch, and it just felt good to come back to after a day out. We also booked a private boat tour through a company the host suggested, name is Split Boat Tours-Best Kept Secret. Their employe met us at our apartment, explained everything, and the trip was really well organized. Definitely one of our favorite parts of the holiday. Would stay here again without a doubt.
