Loved the location - across the road to the beach, and about a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. Great accommodation, clean, spacious, lovely balcony, nice touches like welcome grappa and chocolates. Very friendly and helpful host.

Ante and family were very helpful and friendly, we felt very welcome from arrival and occasions we saw them. The apartment is very tidy and comfortable, extremely well equipped. It is a very cosy apartment. Very comfortable bed, great shower room, well equipped kitchen and lovely balcony looking to the coast through the trees. We most certainly would stay again and would happily recommend to family and friends. Thank you Ante. Francis and Anne.

Well equiped apartment, nicely decorated and calm. Very clean. Ideal location : 5 minutes walk to the sea, 20 minutes to Split downtown. Very reactive host, who provided us with good plans, and nice surprises. I fully recommend it !

Nice little apartment with everything you need if you are planning to stay outside most of the time. The balcony and the beach that close are perfect. absolutely clean. Good working air condition. Responsive and nice host. Perfect location for Split - far away from all the tourist crowds in the old town but still everything in walking distance and a bus stop in front of the house.

Excellent location close to the beach with sea views and pleasant balcony to sit out on. A 20 minute walk to the harbour and town centre. The apartment was compact and made good use of available space. The owner provided us with all the basic essentials for the kitchen and was very helpful and informative on arrival.

Excellent apartment, perfect for a couple, everything you need for a stay. Overlooks the sea from the side balcony & the clean beach is about a 200 metre walk. Safe bathing location for kids. The host went out of his way to make me welcome, staying up past 23:00 for check-in after Sleazy Jet were late. A continental breakfast & coffee/tea are provided in the apartment. Would certainly stay again - about a 40 minute walk to the old town but quiet because of it.

There was a kitchen, we could cook. All equiped, very clean and nice. A really nice place to stay with a view on the sea from the balcony. Not far at all from all activities and city center. Ante welcomed us with a big smile and lots of explanations for our stay. A can only recommend.

Lovely apartment, very clean, neat and well maintained. Some pain au chocolates, rolls, cheese and ham for us, which was great as we arrived in the evening. Very quiet location, about 20 minute flat walk into the old town. We had everything we needed, good shower pressure, Wi-Fi. Great balcony to relax on. Amazing communication from host. I asked for extra bedding, to sleep on the sofa bed and it was a lovely surprise to find it all made up, ready to sleep in. Lots of homely touches that enhanced our stay and the hosts kindness really added to our lovely holiday.

Really nice and perfect appartment with a great balcony, sea view, well equipped kitchen and perfect location to a nice beach (crystal clear water, afternoon enough shadow areas, free fresh water, showers etc.). Walk into the city takes a while (~25min) but is nice along the yacht harbour. Parking in front of appartment available.

This apartment is a stones throw from a very pleasant beach, and the gardens are immaculately kept . The apartment has everything you need , and the balcony is very nice .We had dreadful weather so we were so grateful for a clean and comfortable apartment to spend time in . It was only a ten to fifteen minute walk along a flat road into Split Centre , or a slightly longer walk along the coast .. both pleasant.
