The apartment have a small kitchen with all needed facilities. You can also take the meals on the terrace of the apartment. Very clean, air conditioning, very nice and friendly host. All lead to an exceptional stay!

The house is situated in a very nice green neighbourhood, in a street inhabited by several peacocks. The garden is lush and very pleasant. The apartment is freshly furbished, impeccably clean, everything in it works perfectly. The kitchen is fully equipped. We asked for private parking, so we didn't have to worry about Split parking space. The hosts, Marica and her family, are very nice.

Excellent place to stay near old town. Friendly and helpful host Marica and very clean & cozy apartment with garden. Beds were also good to sleep! We would recomend this apartment for holiday at Split 😊

The location of the apartment is excellent — it's just a 10-minute walk to the Old Town. From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly helpful and friendly. Everything in the apartment was spotlessly clean.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Smooth check in/check out. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great. We would happily stay here again if we returned to Split.

The room was lovely. Spacious, a kitchenette with all amenities, the garden is amazing where you can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee. The room was super clean. It is 2 minutes walk to a bus station which takes you to the old town. Marica is lovely, she is positive and hospitable. She made us feel immediately welcomed. The bed is very comfortable too. Highly recommend this stay.

“Wonderful stay”

Marica was such a lovely host! She greeted us with welcome drinks and was super helpful whenever we needed anything. The apartment had everything we could possibly need. Honestly, this was one of the best stays we’ve had.

It was a very good apartment on every aspect and suitable place to the guests who have a plan to stay a week or month.Marica was a very kind hostess and good communicater as well.The apartment has comfortable structure and perfect kitchen.You can reach the palace,beach within 10 minutes walk.Very satisfied!

“A perfect place from which to explore Split”

The location of the apartment was exceptional, with under a 10 minute walk to Diocletian's Palace (the centre of Split Old Town. The whole place was spotless and the bathroom was great, with a massive shower. The terrace was a lovely place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast before a big day of sight seeing. The most entertaining aspect of the entire stay was finding wild peacocks living literally next door! A peacock in a tree is something I never thought I'd see! The private drive was also a very secure place to leave our car. Marica (the host) was welcoming, accommodating and made our stay even better. We will be back!

“A Wonderful Stay”

Perfect location in a lovely quiet area, only 5-10 minutes walk to shops, the old town and Diocletion's palace. Super apartment, spotlessly clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Also a a nice little terrace outside, with table and chairs, by the pretty garden. Marica is a brilliant host, so hospitable and kind. We will definately stay again and would certainly recommend to everyone

Marica was an exceptional hostess, and couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment was within easy walking distance of well stocked shops, and all the attractions of the old town of Split. The off road parking was a bonus.. A wonderful stay.

We had a very comfortable stay in apartment Ursic. Maria is a nice host and has decorated the place very thoughtfully. The apartment is just 7-10 mins walk from old town

“Little paradise garden near the city center”

This place is absolutely exceptional, absolutely matches the photos and even exceeds the expectations :) The apartment itself is very spacious and super clean, with everything you need for 1 night or 1 month stay. Every apartment has separate exit and comfortable table outside to chill and drink wine in the evening among the garden flowers. Hosts are kind and welcoming, them met us at the villa gates and helped to park the car which can be a bit tricky for people not used to narrow one-way roads in this part of Europe. Also they were extremely nice and helpful with us all 2 days that we stayed in Split. This villa is a unique place to experience wild peacocks singing and flying around, we were absolutely excited, but it's beter to be morally prepared, these guys are quite loud :)

Lovely host and the perfect location - close to the city center but in a quiet neighborhood. We had an amazing stay and I'd definitely come back! :)
