My flight was overbooked meaning I couldn’t arrive until a day later than planned. Negri was so lovely and accommodating in changing my booking last minute. After such a stressful travel day it was lovely to arrive to a beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment right in the middle of the old town. Even though it was in a busy area, when the windows and shutters were closed, I couldn’t hear a thing from outside.

Everything! The location in the heart of the old town, the architecture of the apartment, the bed was so comfortable and plenty big enough to share with a friend! My cousin and I loved our stay un Split!

Even though the apartment is located on a busy street with lots of cafes and bars around, with the windows closed it was quiet and peaceful. The plus side is that you are in a characterful building in the old centre and only steps away from the main tourist sites, restaurants etc. The kitchen was well prepared so it was also easy to prepare basic meals at home.

The property is in a wonderful central location in the old town and the Diocletian Palace. The apartment is very well designed with cooking facilities, coffee machine, larger than average fridge, very comfortable bed and plenty of light/ ventilation from three large double glazed windows with shutters. We loved the stone walls and internal decor and felt very much a part of the old town. Great shower in a clean modern bathroom. Just perfect for a 5 night stay.

Beautiful and convenient location. Shutters and windows could be adjusted to suit personal preference, meaning we had perfect, uninterrupted sleep even in the heart of the old town. Easy check in and check out and lovely welcome 🙏 coffee machine with pods made our first wake up there very pleasant and there are 2 cafes immediately downstairs, which serve lovely brunch food too.

Very comfortable apartment right near the north gate to the Diocletian Palace. Easy access to everything Split has to offer. Windows are double glazed, so we couldn't hear anything from the bar below the apartment. Perfect for the two of us.

Apartments Kaleta were in the perfect location with everything you need around you and within Diocletians Palace. The apartment had everything we needed inside and was clean. The bed was so so comfortable too. Negri was a great host, providing clear instructions for check in and was kind enough to help store luggage on our final day.

Great location within the walls of the Diocletians palace. Walking distance to harbour for ferries to islands, Dubrovnik etc. Coach station a few minutes walk & lots of shops and restaurants nearby.Spacious apartment with everything I needed on the ground floor.
