The most beautiful beach in Split (Plaža Kaštelet). Access to the old town is via a path along the sea. Very good transport links.

We had a wonderful stay with the Vuković family! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always helpful — they really made us feel at home. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We especially appreciated their kindness and hospitality, and we hope to return again next year. Highly recommended!

“Nice apartment”

Nice apartment in good location outside the busy town. The balcony is excellent with nice views and comfortable furniture. The apartment owners were friendly and helpful. Town is in easy reach either walking or on the bus which stops outside. I would stay again if I return to Split

“Perfect for us”

This would have been absolutely perfect for us but unfortunately my wife had broken her leg so scaling 21 steps to reach the front door & a further 19 to reach the upstairs apartment was a challenge - no one’s fault & it never entered our head to ask. That said, the apartment would have been spot on for our needs. Access to the beach is literally across the road. The number 12 bus stops virtually opposite roughly every hour & takes you into town for €2 …. It even has a disabled ramp. One other thing that needs pointing out is the downstairs apartment is a basement. Don’t be put off though - for a good nights sleep in the height of summer, this is the one to go for as it will be naturally cooler. Finally, we have to say a huge thank you to the owners Nikola & Milena. They were wonderful, there was fruit, yoghurt & milk etc provided when we arrived & they helped us as much as possible under the circumstances - I thoroughly enjoyed sharing a bottle of wine & chatting with Nikola & look forward to doing the same next time. The main thing is, would we recommend it & will we stay there again - the answer is a firm yes to both - we are hoping to return later this year, once my wife’s leg has healed.

The good thing of the apartment is the main condiments for cooking is available. Dish washing soap is also available. They even provided fruits, milk and yogurt. The cleanliness is perfect. Towels, tissues, kitchen utensils are available.

“Friendly hosts in a fantastic place!”

The hosts were friendly and truly went above and beyond, leaving us beer, a bottle of wine, a charcuterie board, and offering a later check-out. The property is immaculately clean and is a very short walk from the beach. The centre of Split is about a 25 minute walk away, so not far, and there is a bus stop right outside the property too so we felt well connected. We had a wonderful time staying here!

Convenient for local beach area and just a 20 min. walk into the centre of Split. Local bus passes the property regularly. Owners lived on site if we needed to contact them. Lovely corner balcony with views to the sea and up and down the coast.

Super nice croatian family and super Appartements. We had a great week, thank you hosts! WiFi Internet was faster than mobile, hosts are super helpful and they were around if something was needed. Contact was pleasant and very helpful. I recommend upper Appartement 10/10 by swiss standard. Split HRVATSKA is a super place to be!

The apartment is cozy and clean. There is everything you might need for a week's stay. Quiet and peaceful. A large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the terrace...🥰 Good location. 2 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to the old town on foot. The hosts are very nice people. Milena treated us to her baked sweets...😇Thank you! 😍 Son Luka met us at the airport.Later, he drove us to the airport for a good price. It was very comfortable... Luka is a nice guy, he gave us all the information we wanted. We had a wonderful vacation! 🥰 We would love to go back!😇

The hosts were really nice and extremely helpful. They picked us up from the bus station and gave us a tour of the city, along with stopping off at Lidl for some groceries on the way. The hosts were always available to message in case of any problems. Facilities were great with a hairdryer, ironing board and washing machine available. The apartment was straight across from the beach and a 20 minute walk into the city centre.

Very nice, friendly and attentive family of owners who made our stay in Split feel like home. We were met at the airport and taken to the apartment with a brief introduction ride around Split. Everything in the apartment is maintained with love and care. The beach is right across the road and the view from the apartment is facing the sea. This place definitely deserves the highest rating!

Very lovely accommodation and people! Would recommend staying here. Two beaches are close by, and it is just a half hour walk from the city center. Very clean and cozy. The apartment also has a balcony overlooking the sea, very beautiful.

“Nice apartment near sea in beautiful part of Split”

Very nice apartment near the sea. Within 1 minute you are near beach Plaža Kaštelet! But you can also walk to Kasjuni beach within 20 minutes, which has nice beds with parasols you can rent. Also the Mestrovic Gallery, which is next door is worth a visit. And a tip for breakfast/lunch is Kat's Kitchen Deli (10 minute walk). And thanks Milena, for the delicious cookies!
