The property had a wonderful sea view from the terrace . It was exceptionally well equipped with absolutely everything you would need , it was spotlessly clean thanks to Milana’s hard work. Perfectly situated close to the old town it was in a quiet area close to some really good restaurants . Our beautiful hostess Milana went out of her way to make us feel welcome in her much loved apartment , taking time to offer very valuable suggestions as to what Split had to offer. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Milana the host is one of the loveliest people you’ll meet, she puts her heart and soul into providing her guests with an excellent experience and her apartment is homely, comfortable and well located. She communicated super well prior to our arrival and even organised a parking spot right out the front for us. The apartment is ideal for a couple, has a balcony area and the views are just lovely over the harbour. It’s an easy walk to old town and there’s dining options very close by. We loved that the building had a lift and great wifi too.

Everything! Clean, luminous, very well equipped with everything you could imagine, very nice owner, lift in the building if you have heavy luggages. The flat is beautiful. Nice terrace. Close to the harbor, bus station and within walking distance to the historical center. We could leave our luggages after check out, which was great too. We will come back!

Now, this place was exactly what we needed as a family!! With a 4 year old and 2 month old was welcomed and the hospitality was excellent! My child got a vacation bed and some toys, everything for cooking a meal was already prepared so for us in the kitchen this was perfect! And so central, just a walking distance to town and a playground for children in the front of the building. It felt like home, I can recommend this place!

Good location, as close to port and short walking distance to beach and old town. There is a convenience store and bakery around the corner. The apartment caterers for all your needs and there are basic supplies so that you don't have to buy everything from the convenience store. It was usefull to have a washing machine as it meant packing light, especially during the hot summer months. clothes dried super fast on the balcony. Beautiful view from the balcony and with binoculars supplied by host, you watch life go by. Host was accessible from initial booking and throughout our stay. The aircon worked really well and the shutters on the balcony kept the harsh sunlight out and apartment stayed cool. Everthing within short walking distance and convenient if catching a ferry. There is also a lift which made it easy to get up to the 4th floor.

Walkable distance from most places in Split, transport options, supermarkets, and restaurants. What impressed us most was how fully equipped, organised and clean this place is. You could also watch the sun set from the balcony. Our host, Milana, was meticulous and responsive to our queries and requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would love to be back!
