Wonderful location with incredible views from the bedroom, lounge and balcony. The property is close to Bačvice and Ovčice beaches and a short walk to Riva and Diocletian's Palace. It was an excellent base to explore the old town/historical aspects, get to beaches and also very close to the ferry access points to Brač, Hvar etc. We were comfrotable walking around the neighbourhood in the evening. The apartment itself is very comfortably furnished. The hosts were very welcoming and kind and provided useful advice for visiting local attractions. There is a small free car park that belongs to the building but it is usually very full and can be difficult to find a parking at times. We essentially just parked once we arrived and then just explored everywhere on foot.

Nice comfortable flat fully equipped with an amazing view. The host was very welcoming, helpful and provided some good tips for enjoying the area. The apartment is very conveniently located close to the harbour, beaches, old town and public transportation.

The property is really well located with just a short walk into the centre of Split. It is well equipped and comfortable too. The views from the balcony are beautiful! Biljana was an exceptional host - she was flexible with timings, she met us at the apartment to show us around, and recommended excursions/activities to enjoy while in Split. Further, she was readily available to answer any questions via WhatsApp, and had even left various items of food/drink for us. We really did have a fantastic experience here and I’d highly recommend the apartment to anyone travelling to Split.

It's such a great location, amazing view, and the apartment is perfect and has all you need. 10 minute walk to the city centre and surrounded by shops, cafes, bars and supermarkets. The most friendly host we have ever experienced. Went above and beyond to help us with great information on where to visit, the best local knowledge. We also had a late check-in, and she took us to a pharmacy as we needed some medication and was just an incredible person and host. Stay here when you visit Split!

We were warmly welcomed & there was enough food & drinks to get us started, even a bottle of wine & Beers.. Home away from home.. Ema had cleaned & did our washing for us. Was amazing🙏

The apartment was well kitted out with everything you might need, in a great location 10 mins walk from the harbour and Diocletian’s palace, with great views.

Host met us at the property promptly and was very thorough with her instuctions and information about the property and area including eateries. There are beautiful views from the 16th floor with a balcony to sit outside, the view over the bay from the large comfortable bed was lovely too. We did not cook at the property but all equipment there if needed. Very clean property 👌

I do not know where to start with this property, the landlord is super sweetheart, did over and beyond to explain everything about split, where to go to eat, where to go to see things and even gave us a map. The property is a real penthouse with the best view in split and i can tell you this because it overviews the harbour and the city, its so good you do not even need to leave the property (but i advise that you should because split is beautiful).... The perfect location and the perfect host , i would even spend more to return to split if i could tomorrow !!!

The view from the balcony was beautiful. All areas of the flat were spotless and comfortable. The hosts had so much useful information on the area - we went with two of their recommendations and would have done more if we booked a longer stay. Felt like a home from home.

“Excellent place and the owner amazing person”

The view was absolutely amazing. The owner was such a lovely lady. She took her time to go through all of the tourist information and was very communicative throughout both prior to arriving and during our stay. There was all you needed if you wanted to self cater. The apartment was spotless.

City view from the apartments was excellent. Apartment was very cleaned. Very good hospitality. I would like to visit again.
