“Good value for money.”
The property was clean, location was ok for what we were after, however, it is not as close to the Riva as one might want, still this is a 10 mins walk so in reality for the price you pay it is worth it. Regarding the host, they were very communicative and easy to talk to.

In general the apartment provided good conditions for a pleasant stay. The TV has many channels and the WiFi was good. The air conditioning works properly. Regarding the kitchenette, I would suggest to add a toaster to the commodities. I asked for more hygiene products that were provided, so that's also a good point. The location is good although you have to walk a bit to get to the old town and a bit more to go to the beach. Prepare to walk because all the city has a lot of slopes. The water heater worked well, too.

Very clean and easy to find with google maps. Very close to the Riva, it is easy to navigate trough the little streets to arrive there. Host was very plesent, he provided us with pictures and messages how to get the keys and how to find the appartment.

My partner and I booked a last minute break in Split and the apartment was amazing. The location was superb and it was very easy to get to. It is great value for money and has everything that you might need. It was handy to check into and Mario was extremely pleasant when talking with him. I would definitely like to stay here again if I am visiting Split.

Suzana was an amazing host, giving me tips of places to go and super friendly. She even offered her umbrella when it was storming ❤️ The apartment is super clean and was just an amazing location and apartment quality. The bathroom is super modern.
