Honestly, the perfect place to stay. Marinica was incredibly kind, friendly and accommodating. The location, is just a 10 minute walk downtown split or the promenade or Diocletions palace. Lots of food, groceries etc close by, yet the apartment itself is quiet. The apartment was incredibly clean, very spacious and well stocked with coffee, tea, soap etc and whatever else you may need. There's 2 tvs, both with Netflix pre loaded, great wifi, and a nice balcony. Couldn't ask for more. It wasn't the cheapest option, but far from the most expensive and worth every cent.

The property was great — an excellent size with a large balcony (which I wish I had made more use of!). It almost feels like you’re staying in your own place, which adds a really nice personal touch. There’s also a great workspace, which is fantastic if you’re on a working holiday. Id imagine it makes it really easy if you’re balancing work and relaxation so much easier.

The location was excellent, very close to the old town, ferries and to beaches (all easily walkable). The apartment was very comfortable, well decorated, with all the amenities ( Air Con, Cooker, Oven, Fridge / Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Ironing) required for a long or short stay provided. A good supermarket is located within a 100m walk further along the street. Communication with the host was also excellent and clear. Pick -Up and Drop off to the airport was also arranged with the host which was problem free.

The apartment was very comfortable and felt like home. Marina is also a very helpful host and catered to our needs(allowed us to check out late due to flights times and also arranged for the airport transfer). Will stay with her again if we return in the future.

The apartment is cozy and well designed. Everything is clean and in good condition. The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped. Finding parking in the area wasn't an issue. The location is both quiet and close to the main areas of interest. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Everything. Very beautiful and comfortable flat. Amazing location. There is everything you need! Great coffee machine and the kitchen is very well equipped, so you can cook away! Lovely balcony to sit in the evenings. Amazing host! Marina is a lovely person, very helpful and detailed orientated. She really made our stay special.

Got everything u need, in apartment feels like home, quiet area,close to bus station .old town ,supermarkets.walkingdistance to beach approx:15min Very nice hostess.

The apartment was really clean, quiet, cozy, stylish, everything is there, big balcony, comfortable bed, great couch, air conditioning, close to the center. It’s a place that you feel it’s nice to go back to after a day out. Marina, the host is really friendly and we’d recommend her and the apartment to anyone.

Like a 5star home from home, close enough to town for a stroll and to be quiet on a night. Everything you could need in the apartment, could find no fault and will be my first choice when I return to Split.
