“Excellent location in the heart of old town”

The location is unbeatable. It is right in the heart of old town, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The apartment is a short walk from anywhere you'd like to go within the old town. The host provided L'Occitane toiletries which were a nice touch. There are two large beds, which suited our group of three just fine. There's also a huge collection of books in multiple languages to suit every taste, so should you decide to spend an afternoon in to beat the heat, you won't be bored.

For a group of 4, this apartment is fantastic and in an amazing location. Situated in the old historical town and less than a 1 minute walk to amazing squares full of bars and restaurants. Less the 5 mins walk to the harbour front also. The property is stunning with an amazing spacious rooftop terrace that has a jacuzzi, which was fantastic to relax in after a full day of exploring. There is also a small sauna too in the property, which we didn't use. However, an additional luxury if you are there for a longer period than the 2 days we had. This is a real bit of luxury at a very affordable price, and the host Josip made check-in so easy for us. He has finished the apartment to a very high standard, and it has everything you need in relation to facilities. The welcome bottle of wine was a really nice touch, too!! 5 star accommodation! We will definitely be back!!

“Amazing”

We rented all 3 appartments for a weekend, the location was amazing, right in the old centre, but because the appartments are on roof level, no loud noises. All 3 appartments where freshly renovated, super clean and with amazing styling. Fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso machines and complementary vino. The roof terras was amazing, great for late evening relaxation or a bubble in the hot tube. Would for sure stay again.

Superb location. Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Our hosts (Josip) added so many specialty touches and surprises…wine, fruit, sweets, jacuzzi and even a sauna. We loved the terrace!

It‘s a very cool thought through designy place with all ammenities that are necessary and more. The bed is super comfy and the location top notch. A historical building with a modern twist. Right next door is a sushi & oyter restaurant which is hands down the best oysters and sushi i have ever eaten in my life and i came around. Bota Sare it‘s called. Watch out: no lift because it‘s a old building and when u book be aware it‘s 3 appartments with only 2 having the terrasse and jacuzzi. We had the one without. Nevertheless it‘s a great place with a sauna which is heated up quickly to enjoy. Also the host was very nice and cooperative as we came a bit earlier.

The apartment is in an amazing location, right in the heart of the old town. The place has lots of charm and beautiful furniture. It was very clean and ample towels and toiletries. The owner had left a gorgeous bowl of the freshest fruit; which was very much appreciated. There was great communication with the owner who gave helpful tips. Definitely would recommend this place to friends and family if they were going to Split.

Just perfect! Cant possibly get better location! Rooms had everything you could hope for and More. We had 2 Rooms and they both were stunning and unique!

The location was spectacular. The rooftop deck was magical. The whole of the apartment was wonderfully decorated and perfectly appointed. The wine and fresh fruit and candies were lovely touches.

Perfect localization. Comfortable beds. Jacuzzi on the terrace, with a lovely view to the rooftops of the Old Town of Split. I wish I could stay here a little bit longer.

The apartment is in a great location and there are lots of extras like air con, spa and sauna.

The whole property was stylish, comfortable and nicely kitted out. Perfect for a few nights but not sure I’d stay a week as a family - if I was younger I would have though 😆. Comfy beds. Rooftop terrace was stunning. We knew there were. Lot of stairs, but unavoidable given the superb location! Lots of lovely soft towels for us and the sauna was lovely. Everything was very new - a lot of care taken on the little things.

The place is nice, really well decorated, everything came out of a architectural magazine. It’s central and very well located! All the necessary culinary equipment and many treats in the house! The admin is nice and very responsive!
