“Great host and a comfortable location.”

Our stay was over a long weekend, with the main aim of resting on the beach. For that purpose, the apartment was perfect. It had a very nice location within walking distance to the old town of Split, and there was a short walk to the shore. There aren’t many services nearby, but they are available within walking distance. It is a nice, calm residential area. The host was very nice and hospitable, advising us on all the necessary locations for activities, which were great. Special thanks to the host for helping with the airport transfer.

The location is perfect, especially for those arriving by car. There’s free parking available. The apartment is situated between the Old Town and the beautiful, protected beaches Kasjuni and Kupalište Bene. These beaches are no longer accessible by car, but you can easily reach them by bus #12, with a stop just a short walk from the apartment. There’s also a public city beach just a few meters away, easily reachable on foot. The Old Town is also within walking distance. The apartment is on the ground floor, which is convenient if you have luggage. It’s recently renovated and very comfortable — a great place to stay. Buе the biggest highlight of this place is the host. He welcomed us personally, showed us around, and gave us lots of helpful tips on where to go and how to get there. He was always available and responsive. He even prepared beach towels for us, along with mini croissants, juice, and water in the fridge.

Very beautiful place! Despite the fact that we arrived after 10:00 PM, Mr. Busic personally met us, explained and showed everything in detail, gave a lot of useful advice. The owner is very nice and attentive to your wishes. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment is very wonderful, quiet and cozy, everything is as in the photo. It was very nice to see some cool drinks in the fridge and there are even beach towels! The area is very quiet and picturesque. The nearest beach Jezinac is about 15 minutes walk. The beach is quiet and cozy. The center is about 20 minutes walk with beautiful views.

The owner was extremelly friendly and helpful, the apartment was cozy and clean, and is on great location near the city centre. The owner has even let us stay the last day for a longer time, after the regular check-out time, since we were on a wedding the night before.

Location was perfect, 20 mins walk on a safe street to Split city centre. Zan, the host was awesome. He was there to welcome us and gave us good info on the surroundings. Plenty of amenities provided in the apartment, snacks, drinks etc. Free parking is a plus, in front of the apartment or on the street below. Highly recommended!

Location about 20mins walk to the old city. Well equipped facilities in a fairly large and very clean apartment with king sized bed with windows opening out into neighbours garden. Very cool!

I liked everything about this apartment. Comfortable, nice and sunny in the mornings, quiet and great location.

Very nice hosts. The appartment has everything you need plus many welcome details, drinks, snacks, coffe.

The apartment was cosy, nothing large, but easily comfortable for 2 people. It was very clean and it had absolutely everything you may need on your vacation (to be honest I have never been in a booking that was so thoughtfully equipped), kitchen is fully equipped, you have a hair dryer there, iron and ironing board, washing machine, beach towels, cleaning products, washing detergent, A/C, electric repeller and even books in english if you want something to read. Wi-Fi works perfectly, TV has many programs to choose from. We were also very pleasantly surprised by our host Zan, he was very helpful, forthcoming and we felt welcomed right away. It almost felt like coming back to the parents house rather than to a stranger. He gave us tips for navigating the city and recommended restaurants and places to see.

“Split is busy; this is a great place to settle”

The place has a number of strengths -- most of which we also figured out based on the booking.com listing: * Parking is easy * Close enough to Split beaches * Walking distance to Split city center * Safe and rather quiet overall, when compared to Split city center * Excellent "equipment" including washing machine, iron, what have you. * Extremely nice host. We arrived by car and found it super convenient to start excursion from here. Great culinary choices in walking distance even before hitting the city center. Supermarket also in walking distance.

“Perfect! 🇮🇪”

We stayed here for 3 nights in July it was a lovely clean modern apartment. It was a good size for three young adults for 3 nights not too big but still spacious enough. The AC was great. The apartment was near a really nice beach that wasn’t as busy as the Bacvice beach which is also a cheap uber ride away. The host welcomed us and was very kind and very helpful. He gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area. As three young female travellers we felt very safe in this area. We were interrailing and had to get a bus at around 11 pm and the host went out of his way to mind our large backpacks for the day so we didn’t have to walk around with them which we really appreciated this. We had a great 4 days in split and this location was absolutely perfect for us. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Great place to spend a few days at. Fully equipped with toiletries and coffee. Quiet neighborhood. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.

it was a nice and clean accommodation. it was not the biggest room but perfect for 3 people. The house owner was really nice and gave us some nice reccomandations for restaurants and pubs. everything worked how is supposed to be and we had 3 things extra for everything like sheets and towels and pans. We had 4 extra locks and we could lock the windows with extra luxaflex from the outside. The airco could keep of cool and the television had much channels. The center of split is on 10/15 minutes walking but where we were it was really calm. I would reccomand this accommodation 100% if you are with 2 or 3 people and if I come back to Split I will come to here!! Thans for the amazing time Sal!!!
