“Compact, cosy and well equipped apartment short walk from old town”

Comfortable and cosy one bed room apartment with kitchen and washing machine. Hosts were very friendly and kind and we enjoyed our stay. A 15 minute walk to old town of Split which was handy as parking around town is Eur5/hour.

Great location, modern apartment with all that you need and at a great price

clean but far away from the center. Half an hour to reach the center in the middle of July feels like forever.

Great little apartment! The host was very friendly and accommodating. The location is also very convenient about a 15 min walk to the old town. There are big supermarkets within a 10 min walk too. The apartment itself was very clean, beds were comfortable and there was an AC.

We stayed in the apartment for one night and everything was great. We could easily park the car next to the property and were greeted by Marica’s husband Zeljko that was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The apartment was very clean and had all that is needed for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is more spacious than it looks. There is a lot of light coming through the windows. The kitchen is small but functional and there is every facility anyone would need at home. I stayed for a month, but I could live there forever. The location is just right to go anywhere quickly.

Excellent stay! The owners were so welcoming and friendly! The apartment was very clean, spacious and had absolutely everything you needed! Great value for money. Very close to the main town and main areas of Split. Bathroom was perfect and had washing machine, bed very comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to stay :)

Kindness of owners was absolutely amazing, very good location. Parking lot for free in front of the apartment. For one night stay it was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Place is well equipped and modern, with a fridge and washer. It was nice to be able to do our laundry here. The owner was very friendly too. He let us park here the following day/night while we were off exploring the islands. Grocery store across the street and city center just a 10 minute walk down the road.

The owner came to give us the keys. He was extremely helpful and spoke really good English. He offered his help 24/7 if anything is needed. Apartment was in a great location 8 minutes from the old town and in a perfect ,spotless condition. Highly recommend.
