Everything was perfect. Ivana, our host, was extremely attentive, friendly and responsive. She was even kind leaving us some water, beers, fruit and cookies. The apartment has all the commodities (air conditioner, TV, well equiped kitchen and WC, iron, locker...) very good areas and confortable beds. Cleaness was amazing. The area is calm, only 10/15 minutes walking from the bay and old town. I highly recommend this accomodation.

brand new, full of light, quiet. lovely balcony overlooking its own garden. neighborhood is beautiful, safe and walkable to the Riva. supercomfy bed, can't ask for more.

“A little gem in the heart of Split”
Host Ivana and her husband Ante gave us a very nice welcome. Requests were answered promptly, it was like home from home. Apartment was spacious, very clean, it exceeded our expectations.

Very good location, 10 minutes from the city center and sea front. 150m from a supermarket. Extremely clean confortable and modern apartment. Nice and welcoming owner. Perfection, i don't see how to find better.

“Brilliant and affordable accommodation in Split”
We stayed in the Green room. The room was gorgeous. It's modern, clean, roomy and comfortable. It has lots of storage space. It's been very well thought out. Lots of power points, some with USB outlets. Lovely lighting, with double switches. Bed is softer than what I'm used to, but comfy. The bathroom is big and also has lots of storage. Lots of towels and hand towels supplied. Quiet location, 10-15 minutes walk to Old Town and marina. Owners were lovely, helpful and responsive in communication during booking process. The units are brilliant value for the location. We wished we could take the accommodation with us for the rest of our trip!

The room is very comfortable and spacious, the kitchenette has all the necessary utensils, the host Ivana was very hospitable, treating us with watermelon and drinks upon arrival. AML Apartments are not far from the city centre, ferry port and Diocletian's palace.

“Very pleasant stay”
Clean, light, airy, modern and large room with a large bathroom with toiletries, plenty of towels and a very comfortable bed. It was only a short walk to the old town and there was a private car park behind the building. A coffee machine was being provided in the public hallway.

Beautiful Apartment complex close to the old town. Wonderful Hosts. Really comfortable apartment and the bed is an amazing,5 star Hotel quality!! Local Peacocks with their chicks strolling around a real bonus!!

“Pleasant, clean and close to all the amenities.”
The apartment was very clean. It had all the facilities that we wanted. The kitchen was well equipped. It had free parking which was very helpful. We did not drive the car as everything was walkable. You could hear peacock sounds nearby which did not bother us.
