Location is amazing, great space and very quiet considering how central it was. Easy check in. Close to loads of restaurants and supermarkets.

The property is a simple large room with a double bed and a sofa bed with a large bathroom. It also has a small kitchen and table. It is in a fantastic location, 30 second walk from the heart of split. We stayed as a family of 4.

The apartment was in a very good location, very spacious and clean. Good shower and plenty of towels. Kitchen had a good range of utensils etc. Really nice touch with coffee, teas, sweets and information of things to do.

Property was well equipped, beds were relatively comfortable, blankets in the wardrobe, location was amazing, air conditioning worked great, ground floor apartment so no flights of stairs to climb

“Amazing location, great place and value for money”

Amazing location, great clean and open apartment. We were a group of 7 so had booked both flats. Place, towels and sheets very clean. Air conditioning is very good! Was ideal location for us to explore the town, and all restaurants and pubs. Would highly recommend!

Location was perfect! 1 min walk to old city! Parking was reserved to us just opposite the apartment. I wish we had more days to spend...

Location of apartment was exceptional and within walking distance to all restaurants and the Old Town. The apartment was clean and was roomy with a kitchenette. The reception staff were very friendly.

clean and brand new accommodation at CENTRE of split ! LARA fantastic young host, polished it to a perfection ! very attractive accommodation., bathroom and dining area. (the accommodation has a separate private entrance, smart technology key/card. the bed is super sized .. great and modern apartment which will evoke your sensuality for sure .. LOVELY LARA gave us the key and polished the accommodation to perfection (this has to be the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed . I certainly will come again. split is fantastic at night.

“A lot of space and near everything”

Lovely apartment, the location is really good, there's loads of restaurants close by, you can walk about 12 minutes to the port, the city centre it's only a 5 minute walk. We were very happy with this place, it was clean, a lot of space, it has a kitchen with everything you need, bathroom was massive, the check in was so easy, they sent us the instructions and codes a few days before, happy about this place and would definitely recommend it.
