“Relaxed stay with great breakfast”

Quiet location and walkable to town centre. Breakfasts were excellent. Friendly and efficient staff - fixed our issue with the kettle.

One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed! Staff work hard to keep the place immaculate. Air conditioning is amazing. Eva is always at the end of the phone. Location is good, about 20 mins walk to Riva. Thank God Uber is plentiful and good value.

“Wonderful accommodation”

The Alba Residence is an excellent choice for staying in Split. It is conveniently located close to the sea (5 minutes walk) and the old town of Split (15 minutes walk). The building and rooms are modern, light, comfy and well equipped. The breakfast rooftop area is gorgeous with stunning views. Breakfast was good. We also were super appreciative of the staff allowing us to leave our bags at the residence after check out.

best accomadation of our entire trip, very nicely finished rooms, breakfast was a big hit. we were given beach bag and towels on arrival. Very kind and let us check in early so we could have the whole day at the beach Highly reccomend

We had an amazing stay at Alba Residence in Split and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The apartments are beautifully designed, spotless and very well equipped making us feel at home right away. The location is perfect with easy access to the sea and many attractions within walking distance. Private parking is a huge advantage for guests traveling by car. Breakfast was delicious every day, with fresh fruits and vegetables. And the owner, Ewa, was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our entire stay. She took wonderful care of us from beginning to end. Our stay was truly memorable and we are already planning to come back!

Helpful staff great room with a ocean view, facilities were great! breakfast was fantastic!

Enjoyed everything apart from being woken at 6.30am with noise from the setting up of the breakfast room above. Poor insulation meant noise travelled.

The location is amazing, the place is perfect for families or a couple. Installations are great. But the best is how good the service is. They have been really helpful about anything we had some questions or issues. I truly recommend this place if you plan to visit Split.

Both the staff and the apartment were first class The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The breakfast was good , lots of choice, the addition of a toaster would be nice.
