“Beautiful apartment”
Apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated, well equipped with everything we needed except some wine glasses would have been nice. Andrea was very accommodating in assisting us in the check in process and allowing a later check out before boarding cruise ship. Would definitely recommend this property

The only issue I would say is the building work going on at the back of the property which is such a shame as it would have had an amazing view .

Awesome location! Close to the port, old town, even close to a beach to swim! Parking is provided so no need to look for extra parking space in Split is just perfect.

Had a wonderful stay at Adriatic Dream. The apartment was easy to find and Andrea met us at the front to guide us into the parking garage before showing us the apartment and providing many helpful recommendations. She was a great host! The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable and we loved our two night stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to spend a few days in beautiful Split!

“Great apartment in good location to the beach, once you shut the doors no noise.”
Well located to the beach, good for walking to old town, slight hill to go back to the apartment from old town. Good supermarket and fish market if you want to cook. The host had supplies to assist with cooking. Good air conditioning as it was quite warm during our stay.

“Very spacious and super clean. Easy walk from Ferry and close to Bacvice Beach”
Location was great, close to ferry and beach. Having 2 good sized bathrooms was very handy. The washing machine was a bonus! Huge tv with Netflix was great! Having 3 aircons was very appreciated in the hot summer. Welcome water and juice was a nice touch. Handy having some amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Definitely recommend this place!

“Perfection”
We rented the condo for one week and it exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully designed and very well maintained. It is also perfectly located adjacent to Bacvice Beach and also within walking distance to Old Town and many sites. Ivan was an exceptional host who provided us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Split. We have rented many places during our travels and this is the first time that a host ensured that even the little comforts were provided such as ice cream and fruit upon arrival. Ivan is truly an exceptional host.

“Amazing apartment and great host!”
The apartment is lovely. Very spacious, clean, had everything that we needed, and was in a great location. 2 minute walk to the beach and very close to the town too. Ivan was a fantastic host and greeted us at the apartment and was very helpful with questions about Split. Would definitely return and will highly recommend :)

Ideal location, close to beach and old town. Apartment perfect, immaculately clean and very well equipped. Everything provided. Ivan was fantastic also. Would not hesitate in recommending, and can’t wait to go back!
