Excellent location next to Diocletian Palace - very clean and modern with good facilities . Restaurants below but did not keep us awake and good sound proofing Didn't meet Domina but she communicated by Whatsapp quickly and efficiently to arrange check -in and check-out

Stayed here for 3 nights. Room was lovely, spacious and clean. The location was absolutely perfect. Lovely restaurant right outside the door. Check in was very easy- we arrived late and had no issues.

“Excellent stay – stylish, spotless and perfect location”
I had a wonderful stay at Aborda Rooms in Split and would highly recommend it. The room was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and very spacious with everything I needed. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the slippers provided. The price was very reasonable for the quality and location. The location is excellent only around a 3-minute walk to the historic ruins, and everything is within easy walking distance, which made exploring Split very convenient. A special mention to Domina, who dealt with all queries. She was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and nothing was too much trouble. One thing that really surprised me was how quiet the accommodation was at night. By around 11 pm it was peaceful and ideal for sleeping. In the morning, after about 7 am, I could hear church bells ringing, which I actually loved as it’s something I never hear where I live and it added to the atmosphere of being in the old city. Breakfast downstairs at Konoba Korta restaurant was delicious and the staff were lovely, warm, and friendly. The Wi-Fi was also very fast and reliable. Overall, this was an excellent stay and I would happily stay here again.

“Perfect place to stay in beautiful Split”
A great place to stay. The location was perfect - just steps from the cathedral. Really clean. The bed was so comfy. We were really impressed with the breakfast at Konoba Korta just outside. 100% would recommend, we’d love to return.

“If you want a great location and good accommodation in Split this one is just great value”
One of tge rooms did not have a fridge which was disappointing. We also found that everything was digital and communication was difficult. The location was absolutely brilliant and the breakfast staff and facility was excellent.

“Served its purpose”
The property was unattended throughout our stay, however we made contact by text and were advised as soon as our room was ready which allowed us to access it 2 and a half hours early. Location was excellent and breakfast arrangements good

“Great room in lovely location”
Breakfast at the cafe opposite was very good, location was very quiet. I was a little worried it would be fairly noisy as there were two restaurants directly beneath the room but it wasn't at all. Room was a good size, the bathroom very clean and modern and there was also a lift which was a bonus not having to carry suitcases up stairs!

“Fantastic Place”
Fantastic room, very clean and spacious. Location was perfect, 5 mins walk or less from most sites. The property even has an elevator, windows that actually open, and AC. Breakfast was really good and we even tried the same restaurant for lunch.
