“Just Perfect!!”

It was just incredible from start to finish! Right inside the palace walls, so authentic and special! There was nothing we could fault about it. The apartment itself was perfect for us as a couple with our 16 year old nephew. It's not a large space but it was totally functional for our needs, was spotless and very comfortable. We loved it! The lovely wee windows looking out to the palace walls. The quirky narrow winding staircase to the front door. We definitely knew we were in a different country which was class!! The owner was amazing, sending videos and recommendations, responding quickly to any questions and offering an extension to our check out time, as our flight was late, for a really low cost. That was so appreciated. The apartment is in an ideal location, we walked everywhere easily. There are so many cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and the supermarket within minutes walk. When you walk out your front door you are instantly met with the magical, ancient, historical beauty of the palace and there's a lovely vibe. But when you are in the apartment there's no noise or disturbances. I can't wait to return and I highly recommend you book as soon as you can, this is such a gem.. you won't regret it!

Location was absolutely perfect - inside the palace walls but so easy to get to and get access to the old town. Owners organised a taxi transfers to and from airport, they also checked up on me to make sure I settled in and was happy and sent lots of links of places to go and eat which I did go and were lovely- Thank you

Owner is so organised, following up on every step, was so helpful to share some city recommendations as well. Everything is so clean, beds were comfortable. Location is amazing, in the heart of the old town, close to everything. Fresh towels and plenty of soap. I highly recommend staying here.

The location of 3M Golden Gate is amazing, right in the middle of the old town (and next to an excellent pizza restaurant). The apartment itself is lovely, with everything you’d need for a perfect stay. Milan, the owner, was also so friendly and communicative - with clear instructions for check-in plus loads of helpful tips for restaurants and tours. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Split who wants to be right in the heart of the action.

Nice clean apartment, great location.

I highly recommend the apartman, it has the best location, beautiful view from the windows to the Golden Gate of the Diocletian palace! The rooms are clean, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the furniture is modern and nice. The host, Milan was very kind and helpful, he gave us advice where to go, he recommended us restaurants, museums and places in the city. The beach is close, everything is near to this place because of its great location. It was relatively cheap, too and the apartman was big enough for even 3 people. Choose this apartman, if you cannot decide where to stay in Split! :-)

The apartment was in a fabulous location, it is small but it has everything you need. Milan, who manages the apartment was really welcoming, he also sent us some great links for restaurants and trips. He continued to be helpful throughout the stay.

Lovely apartment, perfect location. The manager of the property is so friendly and sent to us a few links of his favorites restaurantes, activities, night clubs by WhatsApp, always checking if everything it’s fine, etc. I strongly recommend.
