The room was not cleaned. Tab stopped flowing, got stuck in the shower for almost 5 mins before flow was restored

“My stay wasn’t worth the money I’m being charged and I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed!”
The breakfast was poor. I was served hot water in a plastic disposable cup while opened. The egg was not a full egg which was fried. It was only one medium sized Milo sachet without milk.

The staff were nice and polite. They responded to questions about the booking. They always greeted with a smile. The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable.
