Janakis is well kept with plenty parking, a garden and well stocked kitchen. All units are on ground floor with lovely verandahs. It's quite yet walking distance from the beach which is very important as there is NO beach parking available..

Very close to the beach and restaurants. The premises had three outside kitchens guests could use . These were well equipped . A generous host.. lovely outside seating and dining area

“Loved it 🥰”

Everything was absolutely adorable! The hosts were very warm and welcoming, especially with our toddler 🥰 they even went out of their way, and gave us fresh eggs from their small chicken farm, and fresh fruit from their lovely garden. I recommend this place especially for couples with toddlers/children, as it is very toddler-friendly, for playing and running without worrying of any cars or stairs.

The bungalow itself is incredibly comfortable and well-maintained. It’s the perfect to retrespaceat to after a day spent by the seaside or exploring the surrounding areas. Each day spent at Janakis Garden Livadi feels like a slice of paradise. In conclusion, Janakis Garden Livadi offers an outstanding stay in a serene environment. The charm of the olive garden, the proximity to the picturesque Livadi beach, and the comfortable bungalow make it an excellent choice for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable holiday.

We loved the garden with shadow from olive trees, for kids it was the best. Beautiful view of Himarë old castle. Everything clean, comfortable beds. Outside kitchen is nice, with everything you need. Close to the beach, but no direct way, you have to go around (15 min), the path is not ideal for stroller, so we usually went by car. But the beach is very nice with perfect water.. Also a lot of restaurants and supermarkets near by. Owners superfriendly, the lady always brings something for our daughter. We had really nice time. Thank you.

Nice garden and the apartment. Friendly and helpful people. The location is ideal for families with kids. It is roughly 800m walk from the beach (10 minutes). It is a quiet and neat place. We enjoyed it.

“A holiday to remember”

This little gem is an excellent option for those who prefer a more authentic holiday experience. From the quiet, countryside location (complete with goats and nearby farmyard animals), proximity to local Livadhi beach (and fantastic bakery across from beach), coupled with the hands on, welcoming and simply heartfelt owners, I could not have asked for a better holiday base for my 2 week vacation.

we loved the location: close to the beach but jet set in a wonderful quiet surrounding and nature. perfect rest after a day of hiking or beaching. the hosts were amazingly friendly and helpful.

“Stunning tranquil garden”

We had the most wonderful relaxing 3 days staying at Eleni and Janakis place. They were welcoming and always there when we needed them, the garden was beautiful and we were able to enjoy some of its tasty delights every day we were there.

“Dreamy stay”

Beautiful stay. The room and bathroom was spacious and a good temperature. The outdoor kitchen was well equipped with appliances and basic cooking items (seasoning, oil, olives). The owners even provided us with fresh eggs and bread each morning even though breakfast is not included in the listing. Such a beautiful and quiet stay. The owners are lovely and kind and helpful.

“A place with soul”

Our favourite accommodation during our entire trip through South Albania! And the best food I had! We loved the olive trees, the fireflies, Bloom, but, most of all, our hosts! Hope to return soon and stay longer!

Very nice hotel, just a ten minute walk from the nearest beach. Comfortable and spacious room with very nice bathroom. AC and fridge worked well.

The owners are lovely, very welcoming and warm people. They were always available and happy to help. The house was amazing, nice big garden, outside kitchen, quiet area. The room was very clean and spacious. Definitely coming back!

“Perfect spot away from tourist apartments”

Lovely apartment a little uphill of Livadi Beach. This location made it so wonderful for us: during day time enjoying sun and water down at the beach with other tourists, but then walking only 10 mins up the road and arrive in That silent and lovely garden and apartment. We enjoyed cooking in the outdoor kitchen (first being afraid about mosquitos but indeed there rarely were some). The silence and calm environment is awesome. The hosts are incredibly nice and lovely. When travelling in southern Albania close to the sea, that’s the place I would always go again.
