“Never again going to this Hotel!”
Very uncomfortable, small room, not like description on Booking. Bad position, very unfriendly staff/the owner, except the lady Vasilika! For this money, they don't offer nothing! Missunderstanding between Booking and Hotel, regarding breakfast!

“Great stay in Livadhi Beach”
Just steps from the beach, the property was spotless and very quiet—ideal for a relaxing stay. The hosts were kind and helpful, offering secure luggage storage and even a room to shower after check-out. Livadhi Beach remains one of Himara’s best spots for a nature-filled getaway.

“Feels like home – every summer!”
I’ve been coming here every summer for the last four years, 3–4 times per season, and I simply love it. The hotel is clean, quiet, and literally just a few steps from the beach. Free sunbeds (brand new ones this summer) and umbrella, free parking (which is a big deal in Livadhi during summer), and the hosts are always kind, responsive, and welcoming. Highly recommended!
