“Best location for a quite family holday”

Everything!! Perfect location, house was clean and value for money. Nit the newest apart, but kept like brand new. So many good things to say! Great manager, very accommodating. Sweet neighbours. Loved it!!great views from the house. Close to everything including train station.

Toilet no drain hole system, if floor is wet hard to dry. The location is convenient overall, but the property is located further inside. If you have heavy luggage, be prepared to drag it uphill from the train station.

The apartment is big, nice and clean. Easy to collect the key. 10 minutes walk to the station

The facilities were good and we love the apartment very much. The location was good as it was quite near the train station. Rooms were spacious.

The location was nice : close to the train station (10-15 min by foot) in a quiet neighborhood. There is a nice little garden at the back of the building. The bedrooms and the living room were modern and nicely decorated (not so the kitchen and the bathroom). The key box is an easy and handy way to arrive at any time without depending on the owner.

We were a group of 5. Very spacious and bright apartment, quiet neighbourhood, a little bit of view towards the lake and the mountains. The apartment is very spacious, bright, and fully equipped. We definitely recommend it.

We loved the place and would book it again if given the chance. The view of the mountain from the bedroom was outstanding. There is a Denner & Migros if you walk for 8-10 mins.

Very nice apartment next the spienz lake with a short walk for very beautiful view. The host is patiently help us on the car parking issue. Easy check in / out instructions, just the parking slot show in the instructions is quite confusing

The rooms were comfy, that apartment was super clean, and the neighborhood was very quiet.

“Apartment was okay but facility wise it was not worthy the visit and there was stale food in the refrigerator.”

1. Location - It was confusion and even delivery guy couldn’t reach to deliver food. 2. There was some stale non vegetarian dishes in the Refrigerator which shouldn’t be there. We all were very disappointed with the smell in the kitchen. Unfortunately we are vegetarian. 3. There were no dishwasher in Kitchen, washing machine and dryer for clothes. 4. No staff was available. 5. In general, there should be atleast 2 bathroom for a 3 bedroom apartment. 6. Checked out tome should be around 12 not 10am. -> We need a refund of the compensation against what we paid for a night. It was not worthy in our opinion (opinion based on all 5 people).
