“Great stay”

Very nice hotel with history and yet very well kept. It’s about 10 min walk from the train station and offers luggage storage-which we found already in our room when we came for the checkin. The pool is nice, there’s a jacuzzi as well (different opening times) and many options for saunas and massages. Breakfast is also very nice and can be taken on the terrace on a sunny day.

The restaurant staff, service and food was a very high standard. Friendly reception greeting. The view of the lake and mountains from our room and the restaurant was superb. The pool and spa was a bonus. The small gestures like apples on each floor for guests was a homely touch. We would stay again. Close to the town and lake and up the hill to the train station. The hotel provided us w their transport to get us and the family suitcases to the train station which was very nice!

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Eden Spiez several times, and the experience is consistently excellent. High-quality service, genuinely friendly staff, and a very warm welcome every time. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, the spa is outstanding, and the breakfast is exceptional. The view over Lake Thun is simply magnificent. A place that never disappoints.

Fantastic location, being able to see the Jungfrau including the Eiger while having dinner on the terrace was very special. Staff are so approachable and accommodating as well as being friendly and a pleasure to chat to. Reception and restaurant/ bar staff were highly professional but so amiable with it. Nothing was too much trouble as they tried to help with every request.

very friendly staffs, and location is also very convient, 5 mins walking to the lake and to the train station. forgot a bag and a cell phone on the hotel bus, immediately drive to us and got things back! Will definitely coming back in the future

Excellent and beautiful hotel, spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. We were given a free taxi from the train station - the train station is a 10-minute walk along a pleasant road. Quiet and cozy, good soundproofing. There is a balcony. The room has coffee capsules, tea and bottled water. The staff is very friendly. In the evenings, you can order dinner and a cocktail at the bar. Excellent spa and several saunas with a salt room and a relaxation room, with tea and coffee, dried fruits and juice. When it rains, it is very pleasant to warm up in the hot pool. We went to the sauna without bathing suits - we wrapped ourselves in a towel. A towel is on each floor in the spa area. We ordered an excellent massage - you need to book in advance because there are not always places. Delicious breakfasts with panoramic views of the beautiful city and mountains. In the mornings there is champagne, delicious coffee, scrambled eggs, croissants, different types of cheese and much more. The train station is a 10-minute walk along a pleasant road.

Really beautiful, quiet, elegant and fancy hotel which made my stay in Spiez quite enjoyable and memorable. The location is just minutes' walk distance from Spiez castle and the Thun lake. The hotel offered shuttle service to and from Train station which was very convenient for us to get to the hotel with our luggages. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The rooms were definitely clean and cozy with modern facilities inside. Last but not least, we really enjoyed the breakfast.

We stayed for 2 nights at Eden hotel and overall we are pleased. The rooms are clean and the bed are very comfortable. Breakfast also is also fine with enough choice to satisfy everyone.

“Glad we splashed out!”

Fantastic stay at Eden Spiez - we decided to splash out for our stay and thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff were incredible friendly and helpful. Though on the front side of the hotel, the room still had a lovely view of the lake; we were provided with welcome drinks, and complimentary fresh bottled water (still + sparkling) every day plus chocolates; there were apples available for guests as well, plus as a cake buffet in the afternoon. Car parking was in a secure multistorey car park, and the hotel was situated a few minutes walk from the restaurants/shops of Spiez, and lake. We did not use the spa much, but enjoyed a full body massage on the day of arrival, and will certainly look forward to using the facilities more when we return in future.
