The room was fairly clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was great, right next to the lake.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful chalet-style property. The location is absolutely stunning — nestled between the mountains and the lake, it offers a postcard-perfect view right from the window. My room was cozy yet modern, with a comfy bed, a large TV, and a lovely balcony furnished with wooden chairs — perfect for soaking in the breathtaking views of both the lake and the surrounding Alps. The property itself has a charming, old-world wooden chalet design, giving it a warm and inviting atmosphere. Despite the traditional style, the room was very well-maintained and felt fresh and comfortable. Getting to the property is super easy — it’s just a 4-minute bus ride from Spiez Bahnhof on the B60 bus, and the bus stop is conveniently located right across the street. The same bus line also takes you directly to Interlaken in the other direction, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. The lake nearby is truly mesmerizing, perfect for a peaceful walk or just relaxing by the water. There’s even a lovely Greek restaurant just a short walk from the property, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene and scenic getaway in the Swiss Alps.

“Terrible unsafe not useable & not given even though hotel & booking.com agreed but hotel conveniently didn’t com”

There was a flood downstairs, and water turned off without any notice unable to use toilet or sink or shower so had to leave hotel & find alternative facilities. No one on site at all, a note left on reception had to call manager. Building feels unsafe wouldnt step on wooden balcony either, water running through electrics. Needs a complete overhaul to make safe and useable. Avoid.

Rooms are very loud, you can hear the cars and the other guests very well.
