“never come back!”
Absolutely the darkest experience I've ever had in over 30 years of traveling around the world. This was by far the lowest point in the service industry, bar none. That night, the staff provided a table for my friends and me to chat, drink, and have snacks. The owner then changed her mind, yelled at us, demanded more money, and found every excuse to complain, including charging me for a window that wasn't even broken. She interrupted us five times in the span of an hour. I never want to visit Bayerwald again and will never book such a private hotel again. She questioned how we got such a cheap rate. Later, I checked Google, and the price was the same as what I booked on Booking.com – over 300 euros per night. Isn't that a normal rate for two families? And on top of that, I was ridiculed for not spending enough money? I don't even want to recall the other details.

“Fair price, not recommended for early birds”
Rustic but comfortable and large room with balcony. Fair price. Good, quiet location within Spiegelau.
