Overview

“Fabulous apartment in the lovely city of Speyer.”
The location, the quality of fittings and furniture and the overall comfort. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything you could need, including washing machine , dishwasher and clothes airer. Bathroom excellent and shower really good. Lounge area , tv etc really good . Bedroom well equipped and comfy. The balcony was a great option . Also the windows had mosquito nets and power shutters - amazing! The welcome we received when we arrived was sincere and warm : an excellent host. We have a large car and parking was available and well sized parking bays. We brought our bicycles and from the apartment into the city and along the Rhine is an easy flat pedal so we didn’t use public transport but the bus stop is a matter of metres from Spira Haus should you choose this option.

“Memorable moments at Spira House Apartments.”
Everything was perfect! The apartment was like hotel-level quality – everything was extremely clean, with even chilled mineral water in the fridge and coffee essentials thoughtfully provided. Our holiday in these apartments was wonderful – we were lucky to visit during an incredibly warm period. The apartment is very spacious, so every family member had their own space to relax. Most importantly, the owner of the apartment is very kind, friendly, and communicative! We are especially grateful that we were allowed to stay with our pet – a small Maltipoo dog. This meant a lot to us, as he is a member of our family and always travels with us. I truly recommend these apartments! We will definitely come back!

“Great property, great access and parking and great owners all made for a great stay.”
The owner provided a comprehensive run down of where everything was and how it worked upon arrival, helping us to make full use of the facilities provided. The off street parking made things much easier than previous stays at other properties. Location was very quiet however still provided easy access to the city centre and the museum. Lovely decor and very thoughtful fit out comfortably provided for all our needs during our stay. Would stay again happily. Thank you both.

The location is excellent for us as we have family near by. Speyer City Centre is a 15 Minute Bus Ride away.
