“Stunning property and views”

Beautiful property, stunning views, peaceful, surrounded by nature. Great communication from host, easy check in/ check out. Property cleaned half way through the week, messaged to say when cleaner was coming. Pool man cleaning and topping up the pool very discretely. Overall cannot fault. Nice welcome drinks, teas/coffee, oil etc.

“Fantastic, relaxing holiday in an excellent villa.”

Exceptionally clean and well presented villa. Lovely view over the sea from the very comfortable and large main bedroom with 2 balconies. The spacious second bedroom is on the ground floor. Pool is big enough to get a decent swim in with very comfortable sun loungers and plenty of shade when the heat gets too much. Although there are 2 other villas sharing the driveway, we were not overlooked and apart from a little road noise, it's a quiet location. Several restaurants/bars are within easy walking distance, and a grocery store a brisk 10 minute walk towards Scala.

“Beautiful villa”

The villa is very comfortable and decorated to a very high standard. It’s very contemporary and stylish with efficient showers. The view over the sea is really lovely and there are many restaurants within walking distance. It takes about 25 mins to walk into Skala and there are beaches on the way if you want a change from the pool. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Sea Front, there was a coffee machine with pods provided and a bottle of wine and water on arrival. Costas, our point of contact was very friendly and we felt we could contact him at any time. I would definitely recommend this beautiful villa and would return.

This was our 2nd time staying at villa sea front and 4th time at Paspalis villas having also stayed at Villa mare twice previously. As always we had a fantastic time and can’t recommend these villas enough. This time we had the pleasure of sharing the Villa with my partners sister and her partner as a treat from us all to celebrate her sisters 30th birthday. Both her sister and partner were absolutely blown away by the Villa. Some tips for the island: Simotas car hire - we have used these 4 times such lovely people and you don’t have to pay deposit or anything upfront until you arrive Milkelatos is by far the best restaurant in Skala Kako Lagadi Beach - be sure to visit here it’s incredible - see my review on Google of the best way to access it

“Beautiful villa”

Stunning property, it was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The outside pool/terrace are beautiful and overlooks the sunrise which was lovely to wake up to each morning.

This villa is amazing I would highly recommend it , it’s modern with traditional touches , maintained to a high level , you would think your the first person in this villa , with beautiful views, you can wake up to a gorgeous sunrise on the sea ,outside is stunning with pool and bbq , you can while relaxing you hear the goats . Costas was an great host , but not over bearing but very helpful , he left us a few essentials as we arrived late .outstanding location , quiet , lovely cove across the road to swim and beautiful 20min walk into skala , along the beach , with lots of lovely bars and restaurants along the way , we loved ammos beach bar , great chilled music vibes , also loved Costas family restaurant Paspalis taverna , great service great food for an reasonable price , altogether five stars from us could not fault this place , can’t wait to go again

“Lovely modern, stylish villa”

This is a charming villa, beautifully decorated with stunning views. The beds are really comfortable (whereas in other villas, they have been rock-hard), and the master bedroom is huge! Lying in bed in the morning and watching the sunrise was magical. There is a well-equipped, compact kitchen, and the outside has a nice sized pool. The host was very welcoming and, as a lovely touch, had provided wine, water, and fruit on our arrival.

Everything 😊 The Villa location was perfect, only a 20-minute walk into Skala and 2 very good restaurants less than 5 minutes’ walk away. Our host, Costas, came to meet us on arrival to ensure we had everything we needed in the Villa, he was very helpful throughout our stay. The Villa was excellent throughout, clean, and well decorated, and the pool area was perfect. This is somewhere we will definitely visit again.

A modern well equipped villa with sea view, barbecue and a pool. Costas is friendly and helpful host, well prepared with written program suggestions.

“Perfect relaxing holiday.”

Great location, a small beach across the street. A local market is close by, in a walking distance. The villa is conveniently situated facing east direction. The terrace/pool was pleasantly warm in the morning and covered in shade for the afternoon. A/C worked well. There were plenty of dishes so there were always spare dishes to use when the dishwasher was running.

Absolutely stunning villa, can’t recommend this place enough. Everything looks and feels luxurious, new and modern. Lovely quiet cove beach across the road with crystal clear water and fish. Can’t wait to return next year. If you’re thinking of booking just do it you won’t be disappointed.
