“Amazing and private family holidays!”

We have spent a wonderful week at Blue Sea Villa.The facility is very well equipped (+ nicely decorated), clean and close to the beach / Skala center (close to restaurants, shops, etc). We were heartwarmingly welcomed and received a great advices from our host. Perfect & private family holidays!

A fantastic villa. Loved the decor, the views, and the outdoor space. It was maintained to a very high standard. Being able to walk to a sea cove and to restaurants was great too.

Everything! The villa is beautiful and it is furnished with everything you need and the views are amazing. The pool is a perfect size and lovely to cool off in! Having breakfast on the balcony every morning, looking out over the sea was a delight. There were only 2 of us and we enjoyed having the extra space to ourselves. The upper floor is a spacious suite, kingsize bed with ensuite. The ground floor bedroom has twin beds also with ensuite. Costas, our host was excellent and was available to answer any queries. Both my wife and I highly recommend Villa Blue Sea!

A really nice apartment which was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, walking distance to the beach and also very peaceful. Costas was a really great host, very responsive and helpful. There was an issue with the wifi the first evening which he fixed straight away. The outside space was lovely, Really nice sized pool and BBQ.

Location was excellent, a 15 minute walk to the main town , but restaurant’s next door that were very good. Peaceful and tranquil, lovely cove 5 minute walk from Villa. We hired a car which is a must , however we did see plenty of local taxis.

Villa had everything we needed for an enjoyable weeks stay. Host was very helpful. Would highly recommend the property. If we were to return to Skala the we would certain book this villa again.

We loved staying at Villa Blue Sea. In fact, we stayed at a different place in Spathion last year and had seen the Paspalis Villas on our daily walks to the beach, and decided then that we would try and book one for a special birthday and family reunion this year. The views are lovely, the villa is very comfortable, the pool area and outdoor space amazing, and it has all the facilities one could wish for. Costas, the owner/manager was also very friendly and always quick to answer to any messages, and he was also very accommodating in allowing us a late check-out on departure day (only possible, because there was no new guests booked for the same day). All in all, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend a stay at Paspalis Villas.

Villa Blue Sea is ideal for families and couples. We had an amazing 3-week stay! The home is beautifully kept, private, and we loved the spectacular views from every room in the house. The pool is sparkling and well kept- not too deep for kids. The Host was excellent--accommodating, and responsive to all of our needs--from booking all the way through to check out. The beds were also very comfortable. We bought a small night light and plugged it into the upstairs bathroom so it would light up the upstairs area a bit...recommend if you keep the curtains closed at night. The house is modern and equipped with all necessary items that are key for a fantastic stay--we were very comfortable! Loved it!! Staying at Villa Blue Sea in Skala is like coming home!

Beautiful villa. Perfect condition. Luxurious! Very private, more than we expected. Lovely bedroom on the first floor. Very comfy bed and nice shower. Nice welcome, flexible and warm.
