“Great Spot Near The Airport”

Located a short taxi ride from the airport. Maria’s place is small & cozy, perfect for a comfy sleep before a long flight. We walked 2 minutes to a restaurant and had our last Greek meal. It’s a good neighbourhood and you feel safe. Maria is very easy to communicate with.

Spitaki was a great place to stay after a very long flight. Its very cute, cosy and clean. It provides anything you may need for a few nights. Maria, the host, she welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable, and she made sure I had anything I needed even for a late check in. It's only 10min drive from the airport, which makes it ideal. The hostess Maria is very warm and helpful. She drove to the airport early next morning. We were treated with some homemade cake and figs from their garden. It is good location close to drive to and from airport . Also close to the little senter if you want to go out for a dinner or a drink. The apartment has everything you need!

Nice cosy, warm and homey apartment near Athens airport and good restaurants. Hosts Maria and Dmitris were friendly, warm and welcoming, with a family history of vineyards and wineries in the area dating back a few hundred years.

The house was very clean and had lots of small, lovely details that made my stay very pleasant. The only downside was the uncomfortable bed and the very hard pillow

The location was close to the airport, which was my request, due to a connection flight really early the day after my arrival. I received assistance before arrival, for some questions. The daughter of the house owner was really nice ad friendly and went to check that all was ok, giving some suggestions! The house was comfortable, with everything necessary and big for just one person!

Booked for my son and daughter arriving near midnight, and the flight was delayed, but Maria stayed up to make sure the weary travellers got to the accommodation. My daughter reported it was clean and comfortable.

Maria was a very friendly, welcoming and responsive host and quickly responded to messages even if they were late at night. Bed was very comfy. Location was good if you needing a nights stay before flying or after arriving late at night or in the early hours of the morning. But for getting back into Athens central you need to walk to the bus stop and then take the metro. Taking about an hours total. A few shops and cafes to walk to for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you do not want to go back into Athens. Just for 20 euros you can make the most of Maria's transfer services to pick you up or drop you off at the airport or she can organise a transfer/taxi for you. And can pay by card or cash.

Very good communication with Maria. She came to pick us up from the airport and also dropped us back the next morning. You pay extra for this but it’s worth it as a taxi would cost and having the personal touch was so reassuring. Maria was lovely and we highly recommend staying at her place it’s a perfect stopover between flights. Her place is also walking distance to shops and restaurants to get something to eat which is a definite bonus. We stayed twice.

It has a flair of the old traditional houses. We liked that it was very quite, equiped kitchen and the host very friendly.

“DELIGHTFUL ACCOMMODATION”

The apartment was delightful, a genuine old traditional dwelling, with beautiful traditional furnishings, the beds were comfortable and the area was peaceful. The location is perfect for being close to the Airport, no noise from there and the traditional small township.

The price is cheap, or at least acceptable. The place is close to the airport, so that I can have a sleep between two flights.
