The villa was spacious, very clean, and excellently equipped. The outdoor spaces and pool were fantastic and the views are outstanding. There were lovely restaurants within a short walk/drive and a supermarket near by. The beds were all super comfortable and the air con worked brilliantly ensuring we were all nicely cool overnight during the heat wave. We would recommend the villa to anybody and would love to visit again.

The most impressive is the villa's yard - spacious, with greenery everywhere - grass, flowers, trees, a large pool (the children's favorite place) - all carefully maintained by the gardener. Beautiful views of the mountains and the sea combined with peace and quiet. Very pleasant lightening in the evenings In the garden itself there are at least half a dozen corners with tables, chairs and chaise lounges. You can choose which one to sit on depending on the time of day and whether you want to be in the shade under the trees or on the veranda, in the sun by the pool or just on the green lawn. We also note the barbecue in the yard - a separate spacious place with a canopy, which has a table and chairs for 10 people, as well as countertops, a sink and even a refrigerator, for easier food preparation. In the back of the yard there is enough space for two cars (even three), with access from automatic door The villa is very comfortably furnished inside and out - with all the necessary appliances and facilities for a pleasant stay and rest. We were two families with two children each. We accommodated the children in the bedroom with 4 beds - there was enough space for everyone and good air conditioning. The children were very happy to be together in this room and had a great time. The parents' bedrooms were also spacious, air-conditioned with comfortable beds - one of them is with a wonderful view of the garden, the pool and even the sea. The villa has multiple entrances and you can decide which ones to use according to your preferences. The location is also very convenient - there are a variety of beaches nearby, the closest one is 5 minutes by car. The capital Argostolion is 15 minutes by car. There are several hypermarkets just 10 minutes by car. Within walking distance is the center of the village itself, where there is a beautiful church, a nice restaurant and two smaller but well-stocked grocery stores. We felt at home throughout our stay!

“Super villa with a large pool and a huge garden for a dream vacation on a beautiful island”

Beautiful villa with a huge green garden and a very large private pool. It also has a great big barbecue, a large outdoor refrigerator and a large covered area with a table for 10 people. Enough natural shade for hot days. There are many beautiful beaches nearby for all tastes. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. If there is any problem, he fixes everything within a few hours.

Our stay at Villa Lucia was absolutely exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every way. From the very first contact, we were warmly welcomed – the staff was not only professional but also genuinely kind and attentive, which made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. Communication was flawless, friendly, and efficient. The villa itself is stunning – beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The standard is remarkably high, and it’s clear that great attention has been paid to every detail. The garden is lush and well-maintained, the pool is large and crystal clear, and the covered outdoor grill area is perfect for evening gatherings. To top it all off, the villa offers breathtaking views of the sea – a sight we never got tired of. But what makes Villa Lucia truly special is its soul. There’s something about this place that goes beyond looks and amenities – a unique atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at peace. It has that special “something” that’s hard to put into words but impossible to forget. We wholeheartedly recommend Villa Lucia to anyone looking not just for luxury and comfort, but also for authenticity, warmth, and unforgettable moments. It’s a place that truly stays with you – and we hope to return someday.

The location was nice with a huge yard and barbecue spot and the pool clean and large (about 7 x 4 meters) enough to make our kids extremely happy. We spend good times outside when it was too hot, the villa providing 4 different areas around the yard so no matter where the sun was we still got our shade. The view from the pool let the sea come into sight even though we were about 1 km away from the beach. The position of the villa was as such as we reached everything worth visiting on the island in less than an hour. Our host was quick in response and providing enough information about the island that we were in impossibility to visit all he shared in those 10 days we spent there. We enjoyed our holiday and hope to visit again. Thank you Spiros!

“Just what we wanted - lots of space and a beautiful setting!”

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Loukia with our 3 girls and very much appreciate being able to enjoy this traditional Greek villa with beautiful gardens, plenty of space both inside and out, great size pool with a spectacular view and privacy. We look forward to returning as soon as possible! The host is very helpful and was keen for our stay to go well.

“Villa Louis is a Home from Home!”

The villa was equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, providing all the necessary appliances and utensils, making home-cooked meals a breeze. We particularly enjoyed the expansive outdoor barbecue area, which featured an outdoor kitchen, a refrigerator, and a very large grill. The dining table in this area was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate at least ten people. The garden was meticulously maintained and generously sized, offering a serene and picturesque environment. The pool was exceptionally large and impeccably clean, providing a perfect spot for relaxation and recreation. Additionally, there was ample parking space for at least two cars, and the electric gates ensured our privacy and security. Although the gates provided added peace of mind, they were almost superfluous given the inherent safety of the island and town. Our host was consistently accessible and extremely willing to assist with any requests or concerns we had, enhancing our overall experience. Kefalonia has many beautiful beaches and to reach them you would need a car. Our host was very helpful and organised a rental car from a trustworthy company for us.

We loved how much space there was in the garden. The garden is huge with a lot of space to play bat and ball on the grass, and a lovely view of the mountains when you're lounging by the beautiful swimming pool. The house was also gorgeous and spacious with lovely furnishings. It felt very homely. It honestly is a dream location for a holiday.

“Excellent home stay experience for our large family”

One of our most memorable stays on the island! Firstly this is a home away from home not a hotel or sterile holiday let villa. Spartia is a beautiful non touristy village very close to some of the best beaches and restaurants on the island and one of our favourite places on the island. The location of the villa is along a village road and at a short strolling distance from the Spartia square which has a couple of supermarkets, an excellent coffee and cocktail bar (cubic) and one of the best tavernas on the island (Cavo Liakos, best to reserve). The villa is a home full of memories and affords you one of the most charming spaces to chill and enjoy the island. The outdoor area is beautifully curated and maintained with lush gardens and an excellent pool that gives you stunning views across to Lourdes beach and Mount Ainos. There’s secure parking available for upto 2 cars and has a large barbecue area for a big party. The hosts, Amelia and Spiros are amazingly generous and friendly and nothing is too much for them. Spiros also runs a car rental company and be sure to ask him when you book to get a car ahead of your trip if you so desire! We were gifted Greek dessert and ice cream made by Spiros’ mum and needless to say both were excellent. The house itself has a lot of room and though the layout might not work for some (2 of the bedrooms are interconnected rooms) it was perfect for a large close-knit family like ours. It is a family home and lived in but is in good condition with great beds, and well fitted kitchen. After long days in the sun we were super comfortable on the beds. The air conditioners work great and the living room is a perfect place to cook and drink with family. The little study was useful for some of us who had some work calls. Wifi can be patchy but that’s really an issue with islands and you just have to deal with not being online and available all the time.

The location is perfect if you want a quiet, authentic peaceful stay in a stunning area with amazing views. The Villa was beautiful, the outdoor space in particular was absolutely stunning, lots of eating space, amazing BBQ area, fabulous good sized pool, lots of beautiful plants and lovely views. The hosts were fantastic, very friendly and on hand for anything that you needed.
