Overview
Green Retreat is located in Spartia Village of Kefalonia, within a 5-minute drive from the beach and a 2-minute walk from the village centre. The house is set amidst a well-tended garden with an outdoor swimming pool and offers free WiFi and views over the lush surroundings. Traditionally decorated with beamed ceilings and wrought-iron beds, the house includes a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with seating area, and a bathroom with shower. A fireplace is also featured. Guests can relax at the garden or use the BBQ facilities and enjoy al fresco dining at the shaded dining area. A garden with organic vegetables and fruits, as well as a chicken coop, from where guests can collect eggs, are also available on site. Kefalonia Airport is 5 km from the property.

“Hidden Gem”
Green Retreat is set in a beautiful location with wonderful sea views. The house is very well equipped. The garden is wonderful and there are two spacious outdoor terraces. There is also a private pool and plenty of parking. The owners are very friendly and provided us with fresh eggs from their chickens and also home grown fresh produce which was delicious. You can walk to the local beach in @ 20 minutes and there is a great restaurant in the village 10 minutes walk away. We would definitely return here.

“Fantastic Villa”
The villa was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable. All amenities - WiFi was excellent. The pool was magnificent. Better than you could imagine. There is one bedroom but there is a sofa bed in the kitchen area. Beds were new and very comfortable. Plenty of towels and bed linen. The most remarkable thing was the fresh produce. Denis brought us eggs salad and fruit. It was wonderful. We would highly recommend the accommodation. Thank you George and Denis for your hospitality.

“Beautiful green escape”
Gorgeous garden, views to the sea and great terraces for eating, including a big bbq. The apartment had everything we needed and our 6month old baby was very happy! A perfect base to explore Kefalonia in a pretty village. We really enjoyed eating fresh eggs and veggies from the garden and were very well looked after by our host!
