Communication with Marianna, before, during and when leaving was easy and efficient. The location is perfect. Quiet, but bang in the centre of Sparti, which is a delightful working town with few concessions to tourism. A great selection of cafes and bars from traditional kafeneon to friendly music bars. A great place to stay and well worth an extended visit rather than just passing through.

“Perfect base in downtown Sparti”

We were delighted by the size of the apartment, which has a large main room - kitchen, dining room, sitting room - a separate bedroom, separate bathroom, and two balconies, one normal sized, the other large. The marble floors and modern, stylish decor look great and everything was spotlessly clean. You could live here for weeks without feeling cramped! Coffee, breakfast toasts, jams, bottled water were all provided. There is a spacious fridge and freezer, coffee maker, oven and hob, washing machine, plenty of room in the bedroom to hang your clothes, plenty of space in the bathroom for your toiletries. The air-conditioning worked well (it was over 30°C by day outdoors), but at night we could open front and back balcony doors and enjoy a cool through-draft. The shower was spacious and worked well. There is an elevator to the 3rd floor, where the apartment is located. Communication with our host was excellent and check-in and check-out were totally easy. The location is in the very centre of Sparti only a few minutes walk from the main square with all its cafés and restaurants. If you need a base in downtown Sparti, this is an excellent choice.

Best place I stayed in a very long time. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. Everything is new, and it has all the things you may need. The host left me some crackers that were gladly accepted after my ride. and the bathroom was fantastic. It has two balconies, I only discovered the one from the bedroom in the morning.

Great location and very modern interior. The place was spotless and well worth every penny we spent and more!

The apartment was freshly renovated and extremely clean. It had everything that you needed in it. The host Mariana was very helpful and nice. We were very thankful that she let us store our luggage in her dry cleaning shop until we could use the room. Everything was perfect.

It's a great flat. Located in the very center but on a quiet street. It had modern design, washing machine and two balconies with amazing view to the mountains. The host was very responsive. It was easy to pick up the keys in the locker. One of the best properties I've ever stayed!

Very good location just a few steps from the central square and all the restaurants and shops you would wish for. We are our best food whilst here. A really smart and clean apartment with all that you need for a comfortable stay. It is very spacious and boasts 2 balconies so you can choose to be in the shade at any time of the day. Mariana was very kind and helpful and is a thoughtful host. Thank you Marianna for your concern for our well being when our messages were not getting through!
