The stay at the villa was simply perfect. Beautiful location, surrounded by olive and orange groves, close to Mistras. The villa, especially the kitchen, is very well equipped and very child-friendly. There are also toys and a small playhouse. Everything was very clean. We couldn't open the front gate anymore, and the friendly and dedicated host arrived within 15 minutes to fix it. We can highly recommend it!

Spacious, relaxing and very comfortable stay just five minutes away from Sparti. Tranquility and good vibes around the pool. Kitchen was fully equipped with anything a group or family could need. Exceptionally clean!

“Everything excellent”
Everything has been wonderful. Xakousti has treated us excellent. We hire bikes with them and we do not need to do anything they bring the bikes to the house. First class service.
