Fascinating place that has sufficient amenities for a lone traveller at a low cost! Quirky, curious, interesting and, since I'm happy to walk 20 minutes, close enough to the town. Thoroughly enjoyed! Remember, it isn't a hotel. Stunning views from outside!

I stayed at this property for the second time within a month. Previously, I had an apartment on the upper floor and rated the stay well (8). This time it was worse, although the price was the same for both rooms (this time I chose a ground-floor room). Pros: - Definitely the location – close to the city center while still being slightly secluded. Quiet, with a nice view of the mountains and the orchard. - Plenty of parking space. - Easy communication with the owner. - A plus was the bathroom threshold, which the upstairs apartment didn’t have – it prevented water from leaking out of the "shower-toilet" area.

Out of all the places I’ve rented, this one offers the best value for money in terms of my satisfaction (I’ve been in Greece in winter for over a month now and this is already my 7th place). I especially recommend it to mountain lovers. There is a large parking area, easy access to the city (even on foot), a comfortable bed, and the heating works well (I stayed here in winter). The balcony with a mountain view is a big plus. The apartment has all the essential equipment (the only thing missing is a proper cooking facility). Communication with the owner is easy (probably best via WhatsApp). Perfect for one person, though two people can manage as well.. My trip is quite spontaneous, but if I’m in the area again, I’d be happy to book this place again.

If you are looking for a budget-friendly and practical accomodation in Sparti, Taygetos it's definitely your place👍🏻 There is also a big (closed) garden around the flat where you can safely park your car/motorbike, and relax a bit. Close also to the city center. Definitely recommended👍🏻 Especially for budget travellers.

A great room amidst a lovely setting of the Spartan countryside. Very cozy and owner very helpful as well. For such a great price it's an ideal stay in Sparta on a budget. I would come back again!

For the price the place was adequate, had everything we needed for a short stay, easy to access the room and not too far from the city centre, a short 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk.

As someone else said,”Spartan in Sparta” but as a solo traveler on a budget it was perfectly adequate for the money. I’ve paid more to camp in other parts of Europe

“A little nice shelter in Sparta”

The apartment, despite the small size and the minimal furniture, is perfect if you want a cheap solution to spend your night at Sparti. The bedroom, the little bathroom, the few elements of the kitchen (the table, the fridge, the kettler, etc.) are more than enough (even for two people) if you simply need a place to relax after traveling, hiking, or just visiting the city. It's located in the southern part of the city, but the distance from the centre (and also the bus station) is walkable. The apartment was really clean, from the bathroom to the bed sheets.

I liked the location: it's outside the city, so you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside, but it's still just 3 minutes from the town. The perfect balance between nature and convenience. I also appreciated the flexible check-in and the small courtyard in front of the apartment.
