The location. With an inner courtyard it was quiet. The smell mentioned by other reviews was much lessened by opening the balcony door and running the extractor fan.

“Great location and very kind host”
Great location in the city, yet very quiet. The host was very kind. We booked on very short notice on a public holiday, and everything was perfectly organized. Comfortable bed, clear instructions for the hot water, and a lovingly equipped kitchen with spices. We were very happy with the apartment.

The room was a good size and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in Sparta. The location is very close to the central square and has free off street parking. The host and his family were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help me out.

“A great space to stay in Sparta.”
What really made this place great was the host, he was super accomodating, informative and friendly. They took extra care of our bikes which we are always greatful for. The apartment itself is spacious and cozy and the shower is great. Definitely would recommend to stay here.

It is a true family run accommodation. Epaminondas and his parents were very welcoming, even colleceted me from the bus station on my second stay. Their apartments are big, very comfortable, have balconies and are spotless. It’s a great location in Sparti.

“lovely Apartment, well paced and well looked after”
I was met on arrival and shown round property by he owner a very friendly young man ( Epameinondas Fotopoulos). He explained all that was required and extended me all assistance I required . “Short but enjoyable sta”
Great quick contact after booking with clear directions on check in. We were met by the owner and shown everything needed e.g switching on the hot water 10 minute heat up.
