The front desk person on my second night was able to quickly fix my room key that stopped working for some reason, and also provided me some extra towels when I asked.

“A perfectly adequate comfortable hotel for a multi-day touring stay in the Spartanburg area.”
The Best Western Plus Spartanburg was chosen primarily for its ease of location to the various Interstate roads running north, south, east and west from the city - it was easy to find after turning of at Junction 75 on Interstate 85 - and, of course, its price (being good value for the money). Being a Best Western Plus property we knew that it would be to a high standard, and we were not disappointed. As we were touring the area with a hire car, having good parking was an essential item for our stay and that was what was provided. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and was to the usual American standard. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. A real bonus was the availability of laundry facilities - after a week of travelling we were able to get a suitcase of clean clothes shortly after we arrived. We can recommend the Best Western Spartanburg for a pleasant stay

Great location to Upstate University. Very clean, beds comfortable, breakfast options great; however on the Sunday morning, there were 2 sports teams there so breakfast was not as appealimg; i.e., a number of items were gone and seating was sparse. Perhaps specific times could be considered for sports teams to accommodate your other guests.

Overcharged. Couldn’t get room key had to wait or call to be let in each time. Tried to get breakfast for kids area was trashed and dirty. No plates food all over the counter.
