Overview
Αsplathia is set in an elevated position looking out on to olive groves and green cypresses. It offers accommodation in typical stone-houses each with a private pool surrounded by Mediterranean gardens. Villas at Αsplathia hotel all open out on to a private balcony. The interior decoration includes wooden beamed ceilings and an intimate fireplace. Each villa features a dining area and a lounge with a flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels, and a CD/DVD player. Guests are welcomed by a basket with traditional specialties. There is a fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, a washing machine and an electric oven. Wi-Fi access is also available for free. Agios Nikitas Beach on the Ionian Sea is situated 7 km from the Αsplathia Villas and only 6 km from Lefkada Town centre. Free private parking is provided on site.

“Nice villa with everything one might need.”
We really liked the village and the villa, it had everyone one might need, fully equipped. Ofc we check in here for the pool which was in great condition. We really enjoyed staying here and if we return to Lefkada we will check in again.

A very nice welcome, we were greeted in the kitchen with a basket of fruit, wine, honey... the beds are comfortable and the sheets are changed every third day. The accommodation is very clean. The villa is fully equipped and has good central air conditioning. Internet is weak in the yard, so you have to be in the living room if you need better connection. The villa has two bedrooms, one of which is completely separate and has its own bathroom, and the other is part of the open concept and is separated from the rest of the space by a curtain. the second bathroom is very small and inconvenient to use, if you are 180 cm tall and weigh 80 kg you will hardly be able to turn around and take a shower. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. I have to praise the homemade olive oil which tastes beautiful. The yard is very neat, next to the pool you have 4 deckchairs with towels. The pool is deep, so you can have a nice swim. there are olive groves around the villa, which contributes to a nice atmosphere during the stay. overall impression 10/10

Stunning setting, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a beautiful villa . Incredibly spacious and private . Sheets and towels replaced frequently, pool cleaned daily . Watching the sun set with a glass of Rose from the side of a private pool . Happy days

An absolutely perfect villa with all the details. Beautiful pool with a view, the nature around the villa is magical. The facilities are also great, outdoor seating, large kitchen, spacious bedrooms. Great communication with the owner and the lady who came to clean. During our one-week stay, she came to change our towels twice and change the beds once and clean the entire villa!!

“Better than we’d hoped for”
Beautiful secluded elevated location with sensational views over the forest. Easy access to any beaches all across the island but also idyllic to spend a “pool day” at the villa. Perfectly considered villa - lovely size and had everything you could have asked for, from a welcoming food hamper, through to all crockery/pans, towels, dishwasher tablets & laundry liquid. Very clean and tidy. Hosts were also both discreet and yet very friendly and accessible when needed. We loved our stay. It was true to all the enticing photos on the site and made our stay in Lefkada all the more enjoyable.

We loved the location, as it was very convenient to explore the island. City lefkada is only 12 minutes with car. Also the surrounding and quiet location, yet 3 minutes away from next village with amazing local tavern and market. Private pool was the highlight in this hot weather.
