“Fairytale ending happily”

I loved the ambiance...the staff was great, lovely personality,soft spoken and over a 10 for me.. The rooms,kitchen and bathroom was SOO clean smelled SOO GOOD, the whole place was SOO comfortable.. NOW my favorite part was the POOL ON THE ROOF😁 Clean pool 10/10, Crystal Clear Water 10/10, last but not least Beautiful View OMG... My expectations were met above ane beyond... I will definitely have Royal Vybez Vacation Homes has my #1 place to stay...

The hospitality was great, location good, the house very clean and the surroundings great with all you need was close by,walking distance. The owner and the lady was wonderful they kept in touch I would definitely recommend it to myfriends, and surly i will be back.

I liked every single thing. Perfect place to relax and destress. I love the rooftop pool, where u can sit and inhale the fresh air from above. Everything was just perfect.....I'd recommend to.anybody who wants a place to stay in St. CATHERINE.

Absolute gem of a place in Angels Estates gated community. From the moment I booked online the owner, Desmond reached out to me to welcome me & thank me for choosing his property to stay at near Spanishtown. I was thoroughly impressed with the way I was made to feel welcomed and like family. The level of hospitality and comforts of home are top notch. Jerome, the on site manager made sure everything went smoothly and provided me with extra cooking pots & pans & kitchen utensils so that I could easily & conveniently make everything I wanted to in the spacious kitchen that was in the apartment. He offered to drive me to get groceries & ensured everything was good, also took great care of the pool area and everything was spotlesslly clean. Speaking of the rooftop pool, it was a beautiful view above the area and was a quiet lovely spot to cool off and relax in the sun. Also the lights and ambience in the pool area at night are beautiful. Attention to detail has been well thought of in every way at Royal Vybez vacation home, every comfort of home is there and Desmond & Jerome ensure a high level of customer service. I can't recommend this place enough, it exceeded my expectations, & I love that it is in a very safe and convenient to shops area.

The owner is an Awesome guy. Really helpful he makes sure you got everything you need and your safe. I felt really safe and the place is beautiful he Designed the building himself. I will go back for sure 😃

The Royal Vybez Vacation Home is a great location to visit. My bf and I visited yesterday, we were astounded by the location's breathtaking views. The rooms, pool, and quiet environment makes the stay worthwhile. Jerome and Mr. King showed us very good hospitality. Mr. King ensured that all inquiries were addressed. This location is above a ten. It's incredibly family friendly, and I heartily recommend going. Without a doubt, they will see us again.

Everything was excellent. The host was exceptionally helpful and very professional from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. The house was very well kept and clean. The location was perfect for catching up with family and friends.

Passing by Spanish Town, we run into the Royal Vybez listing on Booking. Our short stay exceeded our expectations, both the owner and the manager were extremely helpful, showing great attention to detail and genuine kindness. If you're around Spanish Town, Royal Vybez is the place you want to be.
