Overview
Radisson Blu Balmoral is surrounded by the Spa forests and neighbors Royal Golf Club des Fagnes. It offers free access to an indoor pool, sauna and hammam, and is provided with spacious accommodation with free WiFi. Flat-screen cable TV, luxury bedding and modern bathrooms are standard for each room. They feature design decorations and large windows offering views of the green surroundings. Restaurant La Belle Alliance offers various meat and fish specialties, adjoined with a wine from the private collection. Radisson Blu Balmoral serves an extensive breakfast including pancakes, fruits and yoghurt. Our restaurant is open every day. The Balmoral Wellness Centre also has a hammam, sauna, fitness and swimming pool. For an additional price, you can order multiple treatments for face and body. The Thermes of Spa are a 2-minute drive from Radisson Blu Balmoral. The legendary Spa Francorchamps circuit is 12 km away by car. Spa-La Sauvenière Airport is 7 km away. The pool is reserved for adults from morning until 3:00 PM. After 3:00 PM, it is open for children.

Worst Radisson hotel I have ever stayed in. The suite was dirty, the dining chairs were not clean, there was an insect and black hairs in the bathtub. The Wi-Fi was extremely weak, and no matter how many times we called reception, nobody answered. This hotel does not deserve the Radisson name and is not even worth two stars.

The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, the floors in the corridors were not cleaned after the renovations works thus all the dirt is coming also to your room's floors. The ventilation in the room was loud, working 24/24 and not possible to switch off. The day we were leaving, the swimming pool was closed due to cleaning and we could not use it. The chairs in the restaurant were visibly dirty as if nobody is taking care to clean them.

“we were happy with our stay”
We had a room in new block, it was quite comfy and stylish providing enough space for our family. My wife and son enjoyed the spa and pool. Breakfast was also good. Location is in green area not very far away from Spa city center and Spa-Francochamps race tract.

Beautiful hotel, very close to Spa thermal baths. The team was very friendly and helpful. They were responsive after we left something behind and arranged seamless courier. There is a good hotel on site. The room was clean and spacious with loads of packing space.

“Hotel great - restaurant disgrace”
We stay here every year we took 8 rooms for 3/4 nights. We have stayed probably 3-4 times before . Location is perfect for Spa race track. The best thing about the hotel is the bar manager yousef . Amazing service as usual
